I have had repeat issues with a line in my house for the 5 years I've owned it. Every time they have come promptly and taken care of it. I recently asked for a camera to be used because the clog happened 4 times in 2 months. All of the visits after the first were were covered by their warranty. They came out today and the tech told me he didn't think I needed the camera, gave me advice about changes to my laundry hook up, and cleaned the line again. He could have easily taken the $200 from me for the camera. Highly recommend!

I have to say, I am so glad I called American Sewer! Being out of state and having a tenant emergency with clogged drain, I was nervous that the repairs would be very costly or that they might not get the job done. First of all, they were able to get the job done right away. According to my friend who let the worker in, he (Ryan) was very professional, polite, and got it taken care of. In addition to doing a great job, Ryan cleaned and mopped the floor up afterward, so you couldn't even tell there had been a problem. Finally, their price was exactly as quoted, a fair price with no surprises. I am so thankful for this company and would definitely use them again in the future!

We had a blockage between our basement floor drains and the sewer mainline. We called American sewer cleaners on the recommendation of my friend that is a plumber. Nick came out and snaked out the line. We had a blockage at 25 feet and at 50 feet. All cleaned up free-flowing water now. He left no Mess after the process was done. Very reasonably priced and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that has any type of blockage with ther sewer system.

I can honestly say, I am not sure I would recommend them. We had a sewer back up around Feb of 2020. We called America Sewer based upon the recommendation of a family member. They came out as promised the next morning to snake the drain. They did exactly that and stated that it was warranties for 1 year. After a few months (May 2020), we had a water back up again. This time due to rain. Come to find out, they didn't cap the access port and didn't snake the line fully. I called back on the warranty and they claim they ""can't find my account."" Of course, I am trying to move and have cleaned out all of the papers that didn't matter anymore. So now they want to be paid in full again for work they didn't do the first time. Not to mention, they expect me to wait 3 days for service on a sewer issue (repeat repair none the less)

They come put on time .The guy left a big mess and said they clean up the mess but when he left he said they are not required to clean up the mess that they left. I said ""why did you say you clean up your mess then? He said well we dont have to. I heard him on the phone called the office saying he dont want to clean it up. He got off phone and said ,they said I dont have to . FUCK OFF. Do not use these ppl. Go somewhere else.

I am thrilled with the American Sewer Cleaners! I called early in the morning and was told the repairman would be here somewhere between noon and 3. I was pleasantly surprised when my doorbell rang at 9:30 and there he stood. It's not often that happens. After showing him where the pipe was he brought the gigantic drain snake in. He covered the wheels of the machine and was extremely careful manuvering through the house and down the basement steps. It only took a few minutes to unclog the pipe. He was quick and efficient.
The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend American Sewer Cleaners.

I will NEVER use this company again. Tech came out and spoke with tenant; never called me to tell me that I had a broken pipe. Called office several times to get the findings emailed to me. Nothing. The girls are very unprofessional, one hung up on me, and they have no people skills or college education. Unprofessional to the core.

We called American late today, they said they would be there in an hour and they were right on time. The technician we had was Jessie he came in and did an amazing job, very conciseness left everything cleaned. I would highly recommend ASC based on Jessie alone.

Well, I should have called them sooner..Had a clogged kitchen sink drain for almost 2 mos. washed dishes in the Bathroom..ughhh..on a fixed income I had to save up a few bucks as I thought this was going to be really expensive..Dave came out had my drain snaked and done in like 15 mins. Wow..very courteous and professional, even joking with Hubby and I. Got a Senior Discount and a warranty to boot..very pleased with the Company and Service, will call again if needed. Thanks Dave!!!

If they say you have mud in the sewer That just may be a pitch to get the sewer camera out there at $190 a pop. Ask them to show you any mud they find in the lines. There is always going to be some black sludge flowing down the sewer of course and in any case they do have a six-month guarantee which they may or may not tell you about.
