I've been happy with Excel but I needed a warranty repair fix on my water heater and his offer was nearly half their rate. He showed up on time, did all the work with his shoes off (thank you!) and did a fantastic job.

He spent the next half hour explaining a lot of my plumbing to me free of charge - even helped uncap a pipe I needed work on for additional HVAC work to proceed. I am hiring him again in the spring for sump work.

I called because the first level toilet was not flushing. We have a disabled person in our home that cannot go upstairs constantly during the day to use the toilet. They came within the hour and cleared the blockage which we were not able to do with a normal plunger. I highly recommend American Sewer and Drain. He was very professional and came quickly.
