This company is looking for the payday. They were very nice on the phone and very willing to schedule an appointment to fix my dishwasher. They gave me a four hour window and 30 minutes before the end of the window we get a cancellation notice with no phone call. I called the company to see what happened. Their response was the technician made a decision to not come out because he felt like the repair would cost more than a new dishwasher. Unfortunately the technician doesn't know his job very well because I called another company and they came out and fixed it for a couple hundred bucks. Very disappointing that American service alliance had me sit around the house only to cancel at the very end with no call. Unprofessional in my opinion.
