I had to pump the septic tank on Nov. 28th 2020, and it started overflowing in my backyard on Dec. 20, 2020. They sent someone out on Dec. 21st And the guy just stop by and left because he said no parking. The next day on Dec 22nd another guy came and said it needed to be pumped and said they would be back. I had to call in the morning of Dec. 23rd, to ask when someone will come out to pump it and why is it over flowing so fast when the last time it lasted from Feb. 5th to Nov. 28th? The worker said doesn't know, it might be the system failing but they still had to charge me another $250 to pump again because they don't offer warranty on their service. Spent a total of $500 in less then 30 days for septic pumping.

Highly recommended. Septic tank pumped 4/22/20. Quick response. Fair price. Operator and laborer were very nice and were professional.

We called in the morning and got a same day appointment. Celeste was wonderful on the phone and our guys found the tank(we had no idea) and solved the problem for a reasonable price. So happy with service!

I had called another company to have them come and pump our septic. They said they could not come to our area, Yucaipa, but recommended Goddard's. I called Goddard's and they quoted me $250 to pump our septic and $100 to dig a hole down to the opening. They told me they would be at our place between 8 am and 11 am. They did not show until 1 pm. I received a call around 11:30 to tell me they had a problem at the last location and it was going to take a little longer. about 2 minutes later I received another call to tell me they had a flat tire and asked if I wanted to reschedule. This person did not know someone else had called and gave me another story.
when they finally arrived there were two guys, one very nice and one not so friendly. I showed them the area where the septic was and the nice one started digging. The other one stood by while the first started the digging. I asked the one who was not so friendly what the total charge was so I could get a check ready. He told me $100 for the digging and $325 for the pumping. I told me the person who took my call said it was $250 for the pumping. I called to company and told them what I was told. She said her papers showed $250 so she would check with the supervisor and call me back. She never did. When they were done I paid them and asked about having a sheath put in so to make it easier to access in the future. The same worker on scene said they could do it but they would have to come back the next day. I scheduled them to come back the next day to have it done.
The following day the not so friendly one came back to do the work. when he wen to remove the heavy cement cover to pulled it up and dropped it on top of a brand new paver area we had just had laid two day earlier and chipping one of the bricks. I said, ""Hey we just had that put in and you chipped it."" He did not apologies for the damage he just looked at me and made a noise. Luckily the person putting all of my paver areas in was there and said he would fix it. It was not his responsibility to fix it and it was the Goddard's responsibility to take care of it. I will not use them again if this is the type of service I will receive and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to let anyone know that if your looking for a company that you can trust and really goes the extra mile you do not need to look any further..Wed April 11, 2019 I called this company at 7 am in the morning and spoke to a very knowledgeable man ( Doc ) that fit me into the schedule to have my septic tank pumped and certified that very after noon he gave me an arrival time of 1:30 to 2pm ...they were prompt and arrived at 1:30 found the septic tank which took some time because it was nearly 5 feet under ground....dug the two holes to locate both openings ,opened the tank and checked the leach lines, did a water test and began to pump the tank at about 4pm Doc arrived to do a follow up and explained everything in great detail and admitted he in fact had personally did a service call at that address in 1984 he was very knowledgeable and actually address some other issues for us at the same time...as a consumer and home owner as Im sure most have had experiences with companies that for lack of a better description take advantage of situations and charge accordingly ...nothing could be further from the truth with Goddards-Nazco Septic.. Thanks again for showing me that there are companies that can be trusted

Thanks for the great service and taking time to explain all that needed to be done to drain the septic. Personnel that came out were friendly, professional, and courteous. Overall great experience as this was our first time dealing with a septic tank that had not been serviced in over 30 years. We will definitely be using your company for all our future septic needs!!!

These guys are great. They did everything they said they would, and in only a few days. When they were done they cleaned up all the area.
I would highly recommend these guys for a septic system or any plumbing needs.

Great response from office and work crews responding to a septic pumping, root problem, and new riser installation. Special thanks to Ramon and Richard for a job well done.

Called to have our septic system serviced. This is an old house, built around 1925, so the septic system is quite old. I was quoted what I thought was a fair price, and the service was performed quickly, the same day. The problem is, they pumped out what appears to be about 20% of the contents of the tank. I called them back to question why. The woman on the phone had the audacity to say, ""well, it could have filled back up."" They pumped it 18 hours ago.
They have a laundry list of excuses as to why they didn't pump more-- ""the access opening is too small, the system is too small,"" nothing that has anything to do with the fact that they charged me the full amount and told me the job was successfully completed. They stated in no uncertain terms that they would not come out and re-pump the tank. They hinted more than once that we needed some sort of system overhaul or ""upgrade."" This is basic bait-and-switch tactics. The pump out a tiny bit, the tank fills up again, and they come out to do more costly ""repairs.""
Do not use. Go elsewhere.

Worst people skills on the phone I have ever encountered. Celeste was a complete bitch and was extremely pushy. Will never use them again. Don't even know how they have stayed in business as long as they have, reading all the negative reviews.
I will be taking my business else where. They differently treat their customers like the shit they pump out of septic tanks. In hindsight maybe they are in the right business after all.
