Called to have our septic system serviced. This is an old house, built around 1925, so the septic system is quite old. I was quoted what I thought was a fair price, and the service was performed quickly, the same day. The problem is, they pumped out what appears to be about 20% of the contents of the tank. I called them back to question why. The woman on the phone had the audacity to say, ""well, it could have filled back up."" They pumped it 18 hours ago.

They have a laundry list of excuses as to why they didn't pump more-- ""the access opening is too small, the system is too small,"" nothing that has anything to do with the fact that they charged me the full amount and told me the job was successfully completed. They stated in no uncertain terms that they would not come out and re-pump the tank. They hinted more than once that we needed some sort of system overhaul or ""upgrade."" This is basic bait-and-switch tactics. The pump out a tiny bit, the tank fills up again, and they come out to do more costly ""repairs.""

Do not use. Go elsewhere.

Worst people skills on the phone I have ever encountered. Celeste was a complete bitch and was extremely pushy. Will never use them again. Don't even know how they have stayed in business as long as they have, reading all the negative reviews.

I will be taking my business else where. They differently treat their customers like the shit they pump out of septic tanks. In hindsight maybe they are in the right business after all.

Worse experience ever bad service from owner and no costumer skills. Bad attitude from dispatcher too. Like if it was my fault for the bad service. Won't recommended to anyone. I just put 1 star course I had too, if not it won't be posted.

Had this company come out in July to pump the septic tank. After pumping the septic while they where still at my house I thought it would be convenient to have them snake the main line. At least four to five guys show up to snake one drain. they couldn't snake it form the usual place Ballard does so they had to go from the roof. They ended up breaking a pipe and not telling me about it. The next day I did laundry and my garage was flooded. Had to call them out again, and they told me the pipe was already rusted, which was the cause of the break. So why wouldn't they tell me when it happened if thats what is actually was? They charged me for their mistake. DO NOT USE GODDARD-NAZCO FOR PLUMBING!

Well really dont want to give them a star. Anyways my elder parents used this company for a few years but never understood why they kept having problemS. Till the last few times when they need help and called goddards plumming for clog in system. They took it out and drained the ceptic. 2 weeks later my dad looked at ceptic and was full already called them back to drain it and they never told him that the system runs on full, but yet charged him again. Third time charged him again and then we decided to get a second opinion so we called a different company which was honest and took a few mins to explain it to us and help us for less of a charge. So please dont trust or go to goddards. Very dishonest and very unhelpfull. Peace out goddards, good luck

I got this company's name and number off their truck as being local. We hired them to find out why our toilet leaked underneath; they ran a line from the roof vent and it got stuck in roots so they dug down there under the slab - almost killing our mature bushes in the process (they left them out and we had to re-plant them). Then, when they backfilled they didn't put all the dirt back, so my husband had to do it. They charged us $655 for two trips. Probably the worst part was that they pulled the cutter back through the line behind the toilet and all the sludge (think ""shit"") caught in the roots from months or years before came out the toilet and all over the floor and into the kitchen, etc. (Thank God the lid was down: we had just repainted and retiled the bathroom). It was not only disgusting; it was completely unsanitary. Their only comment was ""I've never had it do that before."" WE had to clean up the mess. They finally followed my suggestion that the septic was probably under the driveway (it turned out to be a cesspool) and they said they would dig it up and put in a cleanout for ANOTHER $980. Someone else did it for a lot less and I tried to find out what it would cost to have the last 6-8 feet roto-rooted but the office woman just argued with me about what they had done (I was here; she was not) and talked over me so I hung up. Don't make the mistake that I did - not reading the reviews - or even begin to think of using these people!
