I would rate this company at ZERO stars if you could. We rented a porta-potty from them at a weekly service. The day after we set this all up they called and said they would only be able to service it every other week. After the first month they stopped coming all together. So we called and canceled with them and it still took them another week to come pick up their porta-potty.
We still needed a porta-potty so went with Jefferson sanitation and they have been absolutely wonderful.
American sanitation is a joke of a company. they never call you back, they don't live up to their contracts, but they still want to be paid.

They spent 3 hours trying to fix the pipes at my work. The guy even called in his boss; they were up on the roof, in the basement, and in every room of the business. After 3 hours, they claimed the problem could only be fixed by another plumber (Powley plumbing) who was obviously someone they were friends with.

The next day, the guys from Drain Pros come out and fix it in FIFTEEN MINUTES.

Conclusion: The people at American Sanitation are either completely incompetent or completely dishonest. Either way you should avoid them at all costs.

An awful experience. Very dishonest. Do not trust anything he says.

They gave me a price. I approved. They confirmed the price two more times. The owner called me at 7:15 am to let me know they were finally going to do it. During that conversation, he again confirmed the price.

Since we were removing my tank, we discovered that it was less than half the size I had them quote.

Regardless of the smaller size, this guy charged me double the amount they had quoted. It just makes no sense and he repeatedly refused to honor his quoted price.

I suggest you use a different company because you can't trust this guy.
