Ron came out to evaluate a potential sewer line issue that had been identified by another company. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time, did a thorough investigation of the sewer line, and confirmed that it was in good condition and that it did not need repairs. He even provided a video of the pipe for our records. We will call Ron for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Ron was exceptionally helpful. He adjusted his equipment servicing schedule to meet me first thing the next morning. I had been worried that we had a kitchen clog, but upon inspection, I learned that my child had used baby wipes, which had clogged the main pipe. I was concerned that resolving this would require extensive digging, but Ron was honest with me. He could have upsold me to hydro cleaning, but instead, he educated me about the age of the pipe and how tree roots had grown into it using a inspection scope. He also advised me on the maintenance I'd need to perform in the future to prevent similar issues from occurring.

Very happy with American Rooter. Ron removed a garbage disposal/reattached the drain and scoped/jetted the sewer line. When he came to do the estimate he was specific about what needed to be done and provided reasonable pricing. And he was very efficient and thorough when he returned to do the actual work.

But what sets Ron apart is how conscientious he is. He takes the time and care to do the job properly, was extremely tidy (not a trace that he'd been there when the job was done), and explained in helpful detail the work he completed. (He also just finished jetting the sewer line at my second house and things went smoothly there as well.) It's worth mentioning that he's also a really nice guy. Highly recommend and I'll be asking Ron to do the future maintenance on both lines.
