We had a clogged storm drain on the side of our house. We also had no idea where it drained to. Found American Rooter via Google search for storm drain cleaning. Ron was able come out the same day and quoted a reasonable price to perform a water jet and possible camera scope inspection (if needed). He got the job done fast and helped figure out where it drained. Turns out the drain tube led all the way to the front of house to a small outlet. And judging by the debris, it hadnt been cleaned in years. Great, honest, friendly service by Ron at a fair price (less than rotor rooter and others I called). Thanks again!!

Our toilet backflow whenever it was flushed. The sewage would seep out from the side of the toilet too. The bathtub and kitchen sink pipelines are clogged as well. I called on a Sunday and Ron (owner as well as the tech) responded quickly and we were scheduled for an appointment the next morning. This company is my FIRST EVER home fixture repair company that I called who did not require a diagnosis fee! What a big bonus!

Ron is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and honest. According to his diagnosis, he said the problem is at further downstream of the sewer line which everything connected to. Not like many other companies which tried to rip us off, he clearly laid down the cost and only charge for necessary services. Other companies would probably quote us for toilet, bathtub and kitchen pipeline separately, but he only charged us for that one downstream clog because that's the solution for all issues! His quote is EXTREMELY reasonable that I am going to introduce him to all my friends and family. He spent time to ensure all issues have resolved. At the end, he showed us with his camera that the clog was around 50 feet downstream. It was clogged due to root growing into pipeline. He even helped us to locate this sewer line location that wasn't shown on City utilities map. Ron is spectacular!

Ron cleared some blockage in an interior drain pipe of our house using the snake, as well as hydro-jetting some roots in a couple places in our exterior pipe, and then provided videos showing that the problem was fixed. He was available on short notice, and got the job done quickly, explaining everything very clearly during the process. His price seemed reasonable, and he thought creatively about how to deal with some issues accessing the pipes. He is friendly and easy to work with.

Ron is very responsive and came out the next day to show us the problem and scheduled within a week to get everything fix. Price is very reasonable and his crew did an awesome job. There's a concrete pathway that he initially thought he had to break it and will refer someone to do the concrete for us afterwards. When he came over, he carefully cut the concrete and his crew lifted the whole slab without any damage. Once the part was finished, his crew mates helped to put the slab back in place and save us some money from redoing the concrete. Highly recommend Ron because he even gives us some tricks on how to prevent any clog in the future for our pipes. I can't thank him more but to give him a 5stars rating here.

We had a clogged drain which prevented me from using the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. My husband called Ron on Friday afternoon and he was at our house within 2 hours. Ron at American Rooter came out and ran a camera through our down spout drain pipes all the way out to the street. We live in Newcastle Wa. They badly needed water jet cleaning so we had him also do that. Ron is a small business person who does his own labor. He has the latest and best equipment and is very competent at investigating and fixing drain issues. He was very responsive in our communications and showed me the actual video as he did the inspection and cleaning. I'm a skilled craftsman myself and am very particular about who works on my house. Ron has a lot of knowledge and is not just another hired hand. I have pinned his business card to my bulletin board for future work. I highly recommend Ron.
