Save yourself the aggravation, call someone else! Unprofessional, the manager controls every move of the technician. The manager guesses what the problem is with a very expensive price tag without ever stepping foot on your property to investigate the issue themself. They have no respect for the customer and want to do whatever they want their way at your expense without any other options to solve the problem. Jack hammer is their favorite word. Beware!

Such a great company! I needed a new water heater installed they got me in the schedule instantly. They were professional, kind, punctual and educated! I will definitely will be using them for all my future needs!

Went on Angi's list to find a plumber in my area for leaky pipes in the kitchen. American rooter responded and I called them on Thursday and told when was the soonest they could come out and fix my leaky pipes. They told me the following Wednesday. I told them ok and if they had a cancellation for earlier to please let me know because we couldn't use our bathroom and kitchen due to the water leak. On Tuesday (the day before the appointment) they call me and tell me they can't make it because they have too many appointments and I lived to far... and the soonest they could come would be the following week on friday (10 days later) I canceled the appointment and called someone else.. just keep this in mind before making an appointment with them they are unprofessional and unreliable. :(
