It's hard to describe what a wonderful experience I had with American Rooter. The service is Amazing! The Technician arrived early and was incredibly knowledgable and patient. Listening to all my dumb questions and providing answers even I could understand.

Needless to say my problems were Snaked away before I knew it. If you need any Rooting done in CT stay the hell away from those ""R-word Rooter"" people. It's American Rooter all the way.

Big thank you to Carlos & Britney I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to have such competent people taking care of my family during such a horrible sewery time.

I don't usually write reviews but was very impressed with American Rooter staff; they deserve a good review.
The person that answered the phone asked good questions, got all the information that she could, and actually listened - writing down what I thought the problem was. The appointment was scheduled quickly. The day of the appointment I got a call that they were leaving now and would arrive in 20 about minutes (on time.)
Will showed up at the time he said, and he also listened to me. He then explained his strategy to work on the blockage in my 125-year old, 140 foot-long, 6"" cast iron main. It was not an easy job - I don't believe that pipe had EVER been cleaned for it's last 50 feet! (It was packed with fine roots.) I was very impressed by Will's professionalism, work ethic and obvious pride in doing a really good job for me. I will happily recommend American Rooter to anyone.

Incredible services......called them late night regarding a building in our complex experiencing backup in several units, they came within the hour and found a clogged pipe of which they cleared incredibly fast. We would highly recommend this company for its professionalism and knowledge. This company is now on our approved list of vendors for our Unit owners.

Excellent service. Called in late morning to report two upstairs toilets clogged and backing up.
Technician arrived in early afternoon. Checked out my plumbing and gave me several options.
Chose to have the pipes snaked out through one of the clogged toilets. Completely solved the problem. The technician, Lewis, also recommended some re-plumbing work that should be done to prevent the problem from re-occurring. Highly recommended.

I called this company in the middle of the night for a clogged main drain in my house. They immediately came out and cleaned out the drain . Their workers were very courteous and knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly and cleanly . And the price was good I would not hesitate to call them out again

I had a blockage in the main drain for my kitchen. It was ""gurgling."" Two plumbers that I called for help referred me to American Rooter. I am so glad that they did! When I called American Rooter I spoke with the answering service. Within 1 hour, Patrick called me back and agreed that they could help me. He told me the pricing based upon flat hourly rates and offered to have someone at my house between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician, Fred, arrived at 11:30. He listened to the gurgling and examined the drainage system to isolate the likely problem area before ""digging in."" When he finished snaking the drain, he tested it with several sinks full of hot water and cleaned up the work area. He completed everything within one hour. The drain is working perfectly! I am so glad that I was referred to American Rooter. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job for me.
