I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to after Marvin repiped a rental property for me, along with clearing a drain and replacing the kitchen sink. Friendly service, reasonable prices, good communication, and he dealt with all the scheduling with the tenants. I never even had to meet him in person. Can't recommend him enough and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Good pricing. On time. Great guy. Good with tenants. Had a clog and he cleared it out by removing the toilet. He also gave some helpful tips for the tenants and that was very useful. Cleaned up around the area really well too. Thanks Marvin!

Marvin is very honest and offers great efficient and fast service. He went to test one of my rentals and didn't charge me anything. He went back the next day after the shower got re-clogged and only charged me $75. He talked to my tenants and handled everything hassle-free. I highly recommend that you give him a shot. Especially if you are out of the area and you need someone that can do a fast and honest arrive.

Impressive work! I dropped a cat food can lid into the toilet and of course the toilet ceased to flush. My concern was that the toilet would have to be removed and the lid fished out that way (expensive). Marvin came when he said he would and immediately began working the augur on the toilet.Within 10 minutes, I heard the toilet flush and Marvin had removed the lid!!!. . Thank you Marvin, you are brilliant!

Excellent service! Marvin was prompt, priced fairly (he gave and honored the estimate), and most of all he was EFFICIENT!! He was willing to explain his work and did so in layman's terms as well as cleaned up the area he worked in, completely, after the repair. He worked on one of our toilets which is one of those repairs that must be done quickly. He was here maybe a total of 2 hours (including a run to Home Depot).
I felt comfortable having him in my home. He has a very positive and cheerful disposition, which was refreshing. I am glad to have found a good plumber!

Marvin was awesome. Not only did he come all the way to Richmond at 650am, but he worked fast and the prices were super reasonable for the excellent quality of work. He gutted my toilet and added a new valve and flapper and installed a faucet - all in about 30 mins, and all done professionally. I highly recommend Marvin and Plumb N Time.

Having an old home that needs attention. At least once a year or sometimes twice a year I need my pipes cleaned. Marvin did a wonderful Job. He had a long day yet made time for us. He did not try to sell me any other services.
