My bathroom and dining room were flooded the day I was supposed to go on vacation and I just looked up the first company on yelp to mitigate. So happy I got a hold of manny from American response. Came in no time, the plumber was awesome, took care of the leak and let me get outta there and on to Palm Springs. Throughout the process they guided me and responded immediately to texts and emails. Erik is incredible. Easy to speak to, makes it easy to deal with my insurance and is incredibly knowledgeable in the industry. I unfortunately had to contact american response team twice for two different instances within a month. Erik still knew my name, my family,my insurance provider.
