Had a great experience with Luis and the team in my previous leak and reconstruction. Complete opposite this time. Felipe was nice, but a bit confusing and pushy when it comes to water mitigation. Luis was slower to reply re reconstruction and then disappeared. Was just told he's no longer with the company. So my wall is still open after 3 months.

Hired ART for water mitigation and repair. The mitigation team was spot on, however the repair/recon team left the job incomplete and I have not been able to get any follow up 2 weeks later (I can't get ahold of anyone, aside from their call center folks). This delay (especially in this stormy weather) is impacting my water heater which had to be temp set while the closet was being repaired.

My house had a water leak problem and was recommended to ART as mitigation team and reconstruction team. ART is very professional and fast pace. The job is done thoroughly. The workers always come in the morning on time and everyday clean the area after job is done for that day. The job area is always properly curtained from other area. No after mess created. Highly recommended.

I rarely post reviews, but I have never had better service. Johnathan Trybula was EXACTLY on time all 5 times he came to my soaked home. Nice and professional beyond words. He explained the entire procedure more than once to me because I was so overwhelmed by the damage. He completely understood this fact and worked diligently to mitigate the damages. It's so rare you find a person that responds to his customers like he is the owner of the business....

I had a pipe leak in my bathroom wall and ART came out the same day they were called to assess the situation and set up a dehumidifier. A few days they came out and demoed my shower and a wall in my bathroom. The team was very courteous and took a lot of care in ensuring that they only demoed what was needed and left the rest intact. After an all day demo job with probably 15 contractor bags of tile and drywall, they left my bathroom cleaner than it was when they got there. No dust, no bits of tile, nothing.

My bathroom and dining room were flooded the day I was supposed to go on vacation and I just looked up the first company on yelp to mitigate. So happy I got a hold of manny from American response. Came in no time, the plumber was awesome, took care of the leak and let me get outta there and on to Palm Springs. Throughout the process they guided me and responded immediately to texts and emails.
