Totally disappointed with this company. They claim to address emergencies and will at least come for an estimate and they lied! Won't be giving my business to them and do not recommend them for anyone who faces an emergency.

Single women BEWARE! A routine clogged toilet prompted my call as my normal plumber was in the hospital. They sent a very young plumber out who stayed several hours trying to snake the toilet. He made a mistake and broke the toilet in the master bath (not the one he was working on). So, now all toilets in house non-working.Had to spend the night in a hotel. The next day they sent in the supervisor who announced ""they send me because I'm the bearer of bad news."" He told me I needed a ""reverse clean-out."" I thought it sounded strange and should have gotten a second opinion. First, they dug up my entire front yard. When they couldn't find the sewer, they jack-hammered my driveway where it was marked ""sewer."" It took them three days and they charged me $3500 for a process that I DID NOT NEED. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

I had this company help us out very quickly. I will definitely use them an if anybody needs rooter help I will recommend them. Willie Dayton is the best. I will only deal with him.

What a nice company to work with...If you have an emergency on a Sunday...no problem. I had Bryon and Enrique working to solve a huge problem that had reoccured several times. They were there to get the jog resolved and they were determined to not leave until everything was checked and rechecked. They are super nice and cleaned up everything with no mess left for me.

Called regarding clogged yard drains. Very nice tech showed up and worked the drains, but hopelessly clogged. Received an insane estimate to remove the concrete and repipe, so they opted to remove a small area and hydrojet the remaining lines. The 2x2 area they ripped out and relaid concrete looked horrible. We ended up ripping out their work later only to find the pipes were not cleared where promised. In addition, they poured concrete into the new pipe blocking half of it. When I called to complain, they stated they needed to send someone out to look at it. The manager said he was available only during the week (when I work). I eventually gave up. I would recommend steering clear of this company, as they did not complete the job as promised and would not remedy their mistake.

One star reviews are accurate. Prepare to be mislead. Told the guy would arrive in 30-45 hours, he arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes later with a bad attitude.

We had a toilet back up around 1 AM on the New Year's Day. No one was available but these guys. They came within 45 min and charged us only $ 88 which is unheard of. Excellent work and very professional.

Called about advertised special and scheduled a service to unclog kitchen sink. Man came over very quickly (a plus), then diagnosed problem. Amount was twice price on website, but that wouldn't do it so he gave a much higher price for a machine cleaning. He needed a high pressure machine but didn't have it. Next day he said he'd come and finish the work. However a different man came out and didn't know the price quoted and gave us an even higher number but then agreed to what I'd been told. He cleared the drain after a long 90 minutes.

I would never, I mean never call this company. Last weekend, I had a clog in my kitchen drain that ended up backing up into my washing machine and guest bathroom sink. I called Rescue Rooter over the weekend. They did come out very quickly, but that's the only good thing I can say about them. They proceeded to completely try to scam me out of 22,000 Dollars!!! Jason Phillips seemed so empathetic, sitting with me looking me straight in the eye and saying how sorry he was but they ""would take care of me!"" That was of course after asking me if I would like for him to talk to my spouse (I am divorced!). Luckily, I told them I needed a second opinion which I got the next day. It was fixed within 10 minutes and cost me 200.00!! My plumber told me that this happens all the time with this company. Shame on you Rescue Rooter and Shame on you Jason Phillips ( you definitely forgot about your midwestern upbringing!!)
