BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!!
Called to have flex pipe that was leaking on top of water heater replaced. The replacement was about 20"" long copper pipe. The estimate for this less than 10 minute job with a part that can be purchased anywhere for $18 was $530!! When I questioned it, he called his manager and they were able to reduce the price to $389! I did not do business with the obvious scam and waited for my regular plumber who charged $75.

About 5 years ago they hit me with a $12,000 plumbing job, i did the dumbest thing ever and didn't want to be bothered with other quotes with other companies. The gentlemen that handled my issue were professional and not pushy at all so I went with them. The job did come with a warranty on the work done. A few years later i had some clog issues so I just called a different company to come out and snake it and it was a done deal, same thing three months later, same thing again three months later, I had three companies go under my house and tell me the configuration is bad on the new piping and I should call whoever did it, now 3 different people and none of them pushed me for them to fix it I figured something up down there, So I called rescue rooter again and they came out immediately and the guy that came our agreed the piping was not right, he made adjustments and thing went great, NO CHARGE for the two to three hours work he did to honor their amazing warranty service. Fast forward to 10/18 exactly 5 years later I started experiencing the same issues in the same drains so I called rescue rooter again and they came right out, unfortunately they sent someone out that was super nice and pleasant but don't think he could figure out what was wrong he left with everything still clogged and said they will diagnose this at the office, I was thinking WTF, So I called a supervisor who was Abraham, super nice very accommodating, They came out the next morning with a field supervisor Alex who was great with another plumber and they went right to work. They finally got to the issue of the back up and low and behold it was our fault and the showed me the proof in the pipes, rice from my filipino wife and kids and grease that built up over time, at that point I'm thinking ""this is not going to be cheap"". So He thanked me and said they were leaving, I told him this was my fault and had nothing to do with the warranty that they can charge me as it only being fair cause they are a business and that's why they are open, He said don't worry about it we take care of our customers, they could have billed me a grip and they chose to keep me as a customer for life. I highly recommend you deal with these people plumbing problems may not be cheap but getting taken care on the customer service end is priceless. I have insurance to cover my plumbing mishaps but I rather call these guys and pay and have peace of mind. And remember people just cause things dont go right there is no reason to yell at them and disrespect them i believe attitude goes a long way on how they will treat you

May this help homeowners in the future.
The operator told us the quote would be free but we were still charged for the tools use to give us the quote(i.ee camera), I don't see how that quote is free? I would like to, if possible, be reimbursed. I have the receipts. I have attached photos of the email conversation I had with the e-mail on the business card of the man on site.

Recently had this company come out for sewage back up. They seemed to exaggerate the problem telling us the fix is about 11,000 but they would do it for 9,000(this ability to lower the price without any quote on paper seems tactical to take advantage of our initial doubts of the first price). They didn't write any quote down and tried to take advantage of my mom as she couldn't keep up with the numbers being thrown around.

I was told by the initial technician on site that his ""superior"", who later showed up, would formally draft an estimate report. I have emailed him for the proper estimate report and he has only informally told me the same thing. I am still waiting on an estimate report so that I may do my due diligence and shop around, but they are withholding that from me.

I would like to feel taken care of as a home owner, not attempted to be swindle. If this company would like to reach out and right these unprofessional actions I would really appreciate it.

I can not recommend Rescue Rooter. I had a kitchen sink stoppage and called RR at 9:00 AM on Friday 7/20. Was told a technician would respond in 60 -90 minutes. At approximately 1:30 PM I received a phone call from RR telling me that they did not have anyone available until the following day. I cancelled the job and handled the problem myself. I can understand if they did not have someone available, but why would you tell me you did when you didn't! I'll never call RR again and advise family and friends not to.

another company trying to sell you something that you don't need, had a backed up drain.have used them before. the tech acted like he did not know what he was doing. I had to tell what to do. wanted to inspect the lines under the house and I said I did not want it.gave me a different warranty because of that.I will not use them again.they were trying to charge more than I ask them to do.same old crap

Excellent service! Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful. Abraham was incredibly professional and worked hard to correct our rather complicated issue at a commercial site. They showed up right on time and fixed our issue at a very reasonable rate for the work required. I will definitely hire this company again.

Absolutely horrible! DO NOT USE THEM! Scheduled an emergency at 6:30pm and they never showed up. I called at 9:30pm and they said that I was rescheduled for 8am the next day. Why the f#(k do you advertise 24/7. False advertisement. Lying to customers!! I wish I could give them no stars!!

Ok, if your about to give these guys a try, PLEASE read this review. We had an outside pop up valve starting to pop up frequently and was recommended by a friend to have RR come out and give it a look. The problem pipe is on our main 4"" outside drain that services a big part of our house. After the technician first looked with his basic little snake tool that has a camera mounted on it, he told me we had some roots and wasn't able to manually clear them. So he tells me his boss, the manager has to come and take a look. This is when it gets nasty!! When the ""Manager"" showed up, and I use the term very loosely, I'd say he's more like the closer at a used car dealer. Anyway, when he showed up the story started to get bad. All of a sudden our pipes are so bad with roots and broken that he's unable to even get his camera in properly to have a good look, however what he saw was terrible. We felt devastated. He scurried off to his van and came back with two estimates that were both INSANELY HIGH. For a relatively short run of pipe, about 20' and all outside with easy access he was quoting from over 8K to over 10K!!!! We were in shock.
Did have some very sketchy feelings about the way the manager was pitching it all. Seriously felt like he was trying to sell me a car. Anyway, I told them we need to discuss and think about it and how we could pony up 10k.
Told them to give us an hour while I called our normal interior plumber to get his opinion. He literally told us to run, not walk away from those guys. He suggested we first try having my lines cleaned with a Hydro jet. So he Reffered LA Hydrojet. Anyway, long story still a bit long, LA Hydrojet came out and within one hour the technician had me come out and look at the video feed of our pipes. They were perfectly cleaned out and clear and actually in GOOD CONDITION!!!
That service costs $525 for two hours. Not cheap but a fraction of the cost that the total THIEVES at Rescue Rooter we're trying to rip us off for. It just blows me away that a company so big and supposedly so nice, try's to screw over the customers to that degree!! As if we were going to be stupid enough to not get a 2nd opinion. Do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes.
I'm not going to mention names and get anyone in trouble, however I will say the technician that came out was great, it was the manager who was the scumbag snake oil salesman. Watch your back.

Saul from Rescue Rooter came out at 2 in the morning to handle our stopped up toilet and shower. He quoted us and did whatever was necessary to fix it for that price. Almost 2 hrs of work and he fixed it. Excellent customer service and Saul told us he didn't want us to be without plumbing that night. Went above and beyond!
