Rolando responded late at night and scheduled an appointment the next morning.

This was for my parents and they were desperate. Rolando did not take advantage of them or up charge them. He charged me his exact estimate / flat rate and fixed the issue.

He even offered very transparent advice about the issue and ball park prices for a more permanent solution.

10/10 would plumber again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. They replaced the water turn off valves in my master (which were frozen because they are old) and installed new faucets. Rolando was excellent to work with. Called him in an emergency situation on a Friday night and he responded very professionally in an extremely timely manner. Our drainage problem turned into a pretty big issue which took a few days to resolve; however, Rolando did a great job. He is friendly and has very competitive pricing. I've called Rolando from American residential plumming 3 times now, and every time he's been here, he has fixed my issue quickly, fast, and most importantly, the job he does is CLEAN. Today, we had a major clog and floated our bathroom. It was from the main drain, and Rolando was able to quickly make it out to fix our clog. Rolando is a rock star! Our 40+ year old house needed a complete overhaul and he did every bit of it flawlessly and affordably. He replaced our old water heater with a full tankless install. He replaced our angle stops, toilets, p-traps, bathtub, and shower valve trim kits. He also replaced our old laundry and refrigerator supply lines with a sleek new box in the wall. Lastly, he measured our house water pressure and installed a new regulator along with a new main shutoff valve. He was always easy to get ahold of, polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and made us feel like a top priority. This company will surely win you over.

My gas was turned off by the city due to a gas leak from the meter to my house, I called American residential Plumbing and they came out the same day. Rolando was very thorough, answered all my questions and professional. He found the gas leak gave me an estimate and fixed the leak the same day. The gas company came out for inspection and everything was good so they turned it back on. I would def recommend him for your plumbing needs!
