He clearly explained the problem to me, answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote before performing the service. Georgi is an excellent repairman and a total life saver!

My husband and I purchased a 1982 modular home that had a little neglect of the past few years from the last homeowners. The A/C unit was only a few years old so we didn't understand why the system kept cutting off every 15 to 30 minutes or so. We thought it could be clogged duct work but Georgie, I apologize if I spelled your name wrong, identified the problem as the fans motor. He instructed us on how to clean it, but we insisted on a new one. He took it with him and returned the next day. Mind you this was over a weekend. Took it Saturday returned Sunday to install, vacuum around the fan and all of the vents. Georgie gave excellent advice on covering some of the vents to direct air to the rooms important to us.
From Sarah via SMS, Lucy on the phone, and Georgie in person we will be using this company again. As I said we have a 1982 modular home with a little neglect.

I requested service and was promptly given a service date and time for someone to come see me. The repair person contacted me and after discussing the matter we confirmed the appointment. That was more than 10 days ago and no one ever showed up, called or messaged me. I suppose ""Reliable"" is just a name and not a description of their services.

I called them out on a Saturday night late at night because my AC stopped working suddenly. They sent out their technician Yorgi, and he came out exactly on time. Their price was fair and the communication was excellent. They were not able to fix the problem on the spot because I had a part that blew out and they can't get it done until tomorrow. Overall, I felt like they did the most. They could under the circumstances and deserved a five star review.
