I can't say enough about the professionalism by everyone I dealt with at American Reliable Services. My mother had a clogged condensation line (on a Sunday). They went out within an hour and made the repairs. My elderly mother reported that they were very attentive and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price! Thank you for the kindness and great service. I will definitely call on them if I need a repair on my a/c.

They were great!!!! Responded to my email and showed up within a day. Armen the tech. Showed up and he was friendly and professional. Most importantly, he was honest and did not charge at all. It turned out to be just a lightbulb in one room and a bad receiver in the other. He said it was an easy fix (something we can do ourselves) and charged me nothing. I was not taken advantage of and that's why I would pick this company again in the future. Thank you Armen :)

Three out of my five 15-year-old smoke detectors went off at the same time when there's absolutely no smoke in my house. After doing some research, I realized I was supposed to replace them every ten years or so. So I purchased five new smoke detectors. I decided to hire an electrician to do the job to avoid any possible human error. Based on the Yelp reviews, I decided to call American Reliable Services last Friday, July 17, 2015, I was told someone will call me back shortly. Art called me back within 24 hours, when I told him I already bought the parts, he said he will call me back and give me a quote on the labor cost. Five minutes later he called and quoted me an unbelievably reasonable labor charge. He and his coworker came within an hour, replaced all five smoke detectors and they even waited another ten minutes just to make sure none of them would go off unexpectedly. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional and efficient. The whole job took them less than 30 minutes to complete, I was totally impressed! Best of all, Art even called me today to make sure everything goes well, their service sure goes way beyond my expectation, which makes American Reliable Services my ""go to"" company whenever I need to get the job done. Great experience! We had to reconnect a few ducts in the attic and relocate an A/C vent, they came on time for the free estimate and scheduled us for the work right away. Nicest guys, very friendly, work hard and finished the work very quickly without taking any shortcut. Highly recommend!

Bought a ceiling fan early this morning, prior to noon it was installed. The lady who booked my appointment was friendly & efficient, & had a service technician to my home within just a few hours. Art, the installer, was speedy, knowledgeable & neat in his work. On Yelp, I purchased the $50 application towards $100 in work, that certainly assisted in reducing the cost. I will give American Reliable Services another go on my next needed home repair.
