Good service and straight forward. The technician didn't sugar coat anything and told me what my ac unit needed. Very dishonest place felt like the hustled me. The technician was dishonest. He said freon was $150 the lowest. I believed him and paid $1200 for 9 lbs. i called 2 places after this service was complete and i was quoted at $50 a pound. Very dishonest. Though I wasn't able to work with American Reliable Services for my mini split installation (I was outside of their service area), I wanted to leave a review as the team was so nice and helpful.
David was available to answer all of my questions, and guided me through the entire process. He was reliable and very responsive, which is rare with contractors nowadays!
Lucy and Sarah at the office were also very sweet. Have nothing but great things to say about this team! Will be sure to call them for my next HVAC/plumbing project.

Found this company on Yelp and needed some work done on a mini split in my home. The customer service was great. They were able to come out in two days and give us a free consultation. David was able to explain everything to us and ran some tests to see what the issue was. He was very professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend!

Reliable is in the name for a reason! George and David came out to a leak on a holiday when we were prepping for a vacation. They were incredibly thorough, helpful, and explained what was going on and what the issue was. Then they fixed it and cleaned up. Super helpful, and incredibly knowledgable and resourceful. Cannot recommend them enough!

Updated review; After speaking with manager there was a misunderstanding with dispatch. They were not aware of the free service fee. The manager offered to return my money in full and I offered to pay $50 for the technician for his time and kindness.

Our Ac was not blowing cold air and requested service. I asked what was service call fee and they said it was free. They sent out a very nice technician and found out someone just accidentally turned off the breaker to ac. Quickly flipped the switch and working fine. Yes it was our mistake. Technician said he had to call the company to see how much he has to charge. The man on the phone quickly said $125 which I find excessive when they originally said service call was free. Technician was kind and apologetic but said it was not his company.
