David arrived a day after I called and cleared a very deep clog in our kitchen sink drain. He wore shoe protectors, covered the work area in plastic, and carefully cleaned up after. APPS service was fast and reasonably-priced. David is now my go-to plumber.

Can't say enough about these folks. Super responsive, competent, and they care deeply about their work. In multiple stints at the house, over the holidays, Bobby replaced our old, failed hot water heater; corrected several wrong piping and pressure tank issues that were causing problems; and ultimately removed & replaced the entire water treatment system. Our well water is now the best it's ever been, and with better pressure and more hot water out of the same size tank. They've used the highest quality components in the redo and went above and beyond to make the installation right. A great team and they did an amazing job. Had also called another service to compare estimate of the job - not even close to the quality of the repair that APPS did.

Had to dig 20 feet down in my front yard, shore up the walls to repair the broken pipe. Their pricing is fair - and who wouldn't pay a little more for a great resolution vs. a lesser quality repair.

These guys are professional, their word is good and about as honest a sub as there could ever be. I knew exactly what they were doing, when they would arrive, when they would be done, etc.

Even had to leave two of the days with them still working and left my house open for them. They closed everything down each day, locked my house and I never had a concern about anything. THANKS GUYS, you're the best!

Our kitchen sink clogged over the weekend, the disposal was leaking, cracked, and plunging wasn't solving anything. Our contractor has retired, so we needed to find a plumber. After MANY calls, sifting through reviews, we were able to speak to a very nice rep at American Professional Plumbing Services, who gave us an estimate for repairs. Mark, and his assistant, Jeff, arrived within the appointment window. Mark saw the disposal crack, identified faulty double sink basket, confirmed stated estimate for disposal replacement, plus ascertained that the drain needed to be snaked. It doubled the price, but it was the only way to clear the drain. He said he just now installed a disposal in his house, and heavily cautioned against putting much down the sink. The snake cleared corn, lima beans and pasta. He said the pipe might be curved, things sit and accumulate. Mark reminded us of our contractor who retired, and that made us trust his judgment. We were very nervous using any plumber, but the reviews are accurate, they're honest and professional. The owner should be congratulated on having a company that delivers service. We have rehabbed 2 condos, and we know how scary it is finding good tradesmen. Call, and ask for Mark!

We just had our bathroom redone and we love it!! APPS did a great job with dong the best they could to keep our house clean while they were ripping apart our bathroom. It was completed sooner than expected and I would highly recommend APPS to anyone who has plumbing needs. They've helped us in situations where no one else was available. What can I say? APPS is the best there is out there! I want to say thank you a million times!

I cannot say enough about the quality, expertise, friendliness, professionalism, and anything else positive that you'd want to know about a company you're going to spend money with and trust with your residential plumbing issues.

We moved into our newly built home in 2015 and should have done something a long time before now about our well water and the hardness it naturally has. But, we waited until this year (2021) and found American Professional Plumbing on Google, as well as Yelp, and decided to go for it.

Immediately, after the first call, this company was extremely responsive and although I missed their first call, they called back the next day. I ended calling back a week later and they were available to come out two days later for a water test. Bobby arrived when they had scheduled and was more than thorough in his testing, making sure his readings were accurate with multiple tests (our mineral levels were off the chart).

Once he was sure he understood what my husband and I were looking to do, and I heard what he was recommending, he waited while I got my husband on the phone at work and answered every question and concern he had. Again, the level of Bobby's expertise and professionalism is hard to find, especially in a profession that could easily be regarded as ""too much work"" by the ordinary layman. Bobby immediately scheduled us for our new whole-home filtration system the following week.

We are SO happy with Bobby's recommendations, his thoroughness, attention to detail and cleanliness, and we are so grateful to have found a trustworthy company we'll continue to do business with.

They quoted us a range $185 - $285 via email and showed up within 24 hours to replace our vanity trap and plumbing that had an extendable plastic drain pipe. Plumber arrived on time and was done in 30 minutes. $225 was the final cost. Another company quoted $380 via email. Very easy to do business with.

These are TRUE professionals. Bobby is a Master Plumber with 20 years experience.
They are prompt, courteous, and most importantly... do absolutely outstanding work!
I've had them install new well bladder tank, they replaced our 45 year old septic line that was broken in 3 places, and now a whole house filtration system and hot water heater.

I called several ""same day 24-hour services"" and no one could send someone to my home to help fix our shower. My fourth phone call was to American Professional Plumbing Services and we received a call back within minutes from Dave, the owner. He was able to walk my husband step-by-step thru the problem in less than 15 minutes and we now have a working shower. We can not express our gratitude enough. He was polite, and patient with my husband who was already beyond frustrated. He could have easily come to the hoise and charged us emergency fees, but since he is so experienced, he was able to give explicit instructions over the phone.
