DO NOT RECOMMEND!! American Plumbing did work at my home and I needed them to come back and refix some stuff. After a few texts back and ford they stopped responding to me. Don't waste your time with this company!!

Matt and his crew are the best in the valley. I have used them for both planned jobs and emergencies and they have never let me down.

They are quick to respond, highly professional, and provide great value for the money.

If you have a plumbing need and have used other companies in the past, give Matt and his crew an opportunity to solve the problem. Once you experience American Plumbing, you won't use the other companies again.

I am happy to recommend Matt, owner of American Plumbing. Being a woman, its very helpful to find a plumber that I feel is honest and offers great service for a fair price. The company that installed my flooring in the bathroom was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced Matt was and asked for his information so they could call him for future plumbing needs for their customers. Also, he was on time, which was important since I had to coordinate the toilet removal with the floor install. I will certainly call him for my further plumbing needs.

Get what you pay for. I was pleased with the cost, but after having to have Matt come out to fix a leak in his work, I was less than pleased. Now, approximately a year later, we are selling our property and in the home inspection, Matt's work was called into question. So, I called and left a message requesting he come out and review his work, correct anything not to code or provide a written statement backing his work; no response. My realtor called to request the same and was blown off. The co-owner of the property called, with no response. I may have gotten a competitive price, but it came with poor quality work and no ethical follow-up or care from Matt.

I have worked with at least three other Plumbing businesses in the Wenatchee area before I found Matt with American Plumbing. American Plumbing sets the bar high! I was looking for an honest, competent and fair plumber and have finally found one. I 100% recommend Matt with American Plumbing. I had an emergency plumbing problem and found Matt from another review online. I was pleasantly surprised to find the review accurate. Matt made time in his schedule to meet with me on my time frame. He showed up on time, listened to my concerns, evaluated the problem and gave a reasonable estimate. When he came back to do the work he did what he said he was going to do in the amount of time he stated. I would definitely recommend Matt for your plumbing problems. He is easy to work with and takes care of your problem.
