Contrats! You have found the best plumber in the metro area if you need a water line replaced. This team was fantastic from start to finish. Honest fair pricing in their quote, then they used the least intrusive way of repairing the line. Our original defective polybutylene main line in the front yard was leaking badly, and they replaced it with 1in copper. The total time it took from the main being shut off until we could use the water again was less than 3 hours. The line was bored so it didn't tear up the yard, and after they completed the backfill and replacing the few pieces of grass the following day you would have no idea they had been there. They did as good a job as a landscaper.

Dan and his crew replaced my main water line back around April/May. I was looking to replace my water line and was so lucky to find American Plumbing. I can honestly tell you, all the stellar reviews are true. Dan responded to my texts within minutes (and I texted him at like 7pm!), come out the next day and spent time figuring out the best way to replace the water line with the minimal drywall cutting. His quote is also the best among other companies I talked to, and he also gave me some discount to work with my budget. A couple of months passed and we have had no issues since. Excellent part and labor warranty as well.

Dan was great on the phone. He came by gave a free estimate. Gave me a time when he and his team would show. Was very upfront about cost, the team wore mask, in this COVID times we have. We were in constant communication about his arrival. The yard was disturbed very, very, minimal. They did NOT leave a very large mess as some people do when they dig holes in your yard. They brought a mat to put the dirt on so as to not mess up the grass. The team was very quick, showed me the damage, replaced the part. Turned the water back on and all was tested prior to there departure. I am a VERY, happy customer. If you have a leak in your yard or you want something with a water pipe in your yeard...these are th guys to call. If you want it done right, neat, ....AMERICAN PLUMBING is the company to call. I needed a plumber to install a PRV on our water line. I called American Plumbing, Danny asked me to take a picture of our main waterline in the house. He told me we already had a PRV line. I had American come out anyway to put in a new valve on our main water line because the one we had was frozen. I asked Danny about another problem that we have had for over a year. The previous owner put in a Sprinkler system himself and during hard rains water would come in around the pipe that comes into the house and run down the foundation wall. Over the last year and a half I have had Irrigation companies come out who told me to call a plumber, plumbers come out who told me too call irrigation, foundation companies who wanted to do more than I needed for thousands of dollars! It was very frustrating so I just put a tarp down. Danny said it didn't sound like a problem. David and his team dug up the area by hand, reworked the pipe and patched the wall inside and out. This is what we knew needed to be done, but foundation companies wanted to bring in a small excavator to dig the hole, move shrubs and charge me $$$. None of that needed to happen. Wow, after all the heavy rain last night and this morning it worked and I am so very happy! I was thrilled when David said they could fix the problem. Thank-you Danny, David and crew!

I had 300 ft of copper line installed. They pulled the line through the 45 year old brittle plastic line that failed 2 times in the last year. My insurance would only pay for spot repairs. The first 90 ft was under the slab of my house. I can now stop thinking about the next failure. They arrived when they said they would and did the work fast and cleaned up after them selves. Filled the holes in my yard and packed the dirt and replaced the grass. Looked great.

I can not say enough good things about this company!!!! If everyone took pride in their business as Dan does we would never have to worry about the hassle and time that is required to find a reputable company. Dan cares for his customers as if they were his family. Dan and his company replaced my entire water main in December and you would never know they were in my yard. April of this year my irrigation company came out to do my spring turn on and told me that I had a leak in my main water line!!!! Needless to say I was frantic and called Dan. Dan was at my house within the hour and found that it was the irrigation line and not my main. Dan has his crew out to my house to repair the irrigation main that another company should have done!!!! Dan and Dave are lifesavers and take the pride in their work that ALL contractors should. This was the first time I had the need for a plumber since owning my house, needless to say it can be stressful. Their customer service and work were top notch. I'm glad I found a plumber that I can trust. They explained the entire process to me while giving me the estimate as well as when they came the next day to do the work. I had to get my main water line replaced and when you look at my property you would never know that any work was done. They took care of everything inside and out.
