The company does okay work, but every job they do for you they charge you $5.00 for gloves. There is definitely some sketchy pricing with this company. They also did a $1500 job for us for a filtration system. Six months later we had issues and sent them to look at it, and they told us that that system should not have been put in as it wasn't big enough for the building. However, they had no interest in paying for it as soon as I told them that it was their company that installed this. They have some nice workers in the office, but some poor project managers. They don't give two shits about the customer, just their profit

Very overpriced for a filler valve replacement. Wow,could've watched youtube and saved $200. Part was $20. He was 120.00 an hour plus 50.00 service charge
What a ripoff. Not to mention they had serviced same thing a year ago. Not a good track record. I should have learned, I guess

American Plumbing Co was a ""luck of the draw"" sort of thing. Our direct vent water heater died on us, and I scrambled and called as many plumbers as I could. Brad, with American Plumbing Co was the first to respond in person; he was there about 45 minutes after I called. He got to deliver both the news of it can't be fixed and it's not cheap. He then quickly encouraged me to shop around while he put together a couple of options and estimates. I did shop around; the costs were depressing, but Brad called me back about an hour later with 3 of the best options and estimates I had received. He was also able to come out the very next afternoon and install our new water heater. Spending that kind of money unexpectedly for a water heater wasn't my idea of fun, but Brad made the experience a better and easier one.

American Plumbing provided me with prompt and excellent service. I called on the prior afternoon and I was their first stop on the following day. The plumber explained everything to me as he researched the issue and suggested repairs. The best part is that no out landish and unnecessary repairs were recommended. The prices were reasonable and I will use them again.

After noticing a small wet spot on my ceiling, I called American Plumbing Company. Within an hour, a plumber was there to assess my problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found a problem with my shower and fixed it in no time. Their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely use again!!!
