Got a message out to Ricky (owner) and he responded very quickly. We had a leaking water heater and some water in our basement utility room. He was there within the hour (almost to the minute that he said during the first phone call). He listened to our needs and made everything better. We opted to upgrade to a tankless hot water tank and started the installation that morning. His work is fantastic. He didn't cause a mess, he was courteous, and he does take pride in his work. He was missing one part and was able to have it delivered the following day and complete the install.
