Don't want to be mean but want you to be aware of my experience. I took off work early and it was a no call no show experience. I wouldn't even be writing this review but I feel I must after I called them and the conversation that I had. The lady was really rude and gave me multiple reasons why they could not show up today. I do understand things happen and I am truly sorry they had problems in their company today but they left me hanging. She told me should would call me right back and she was going to get another repair person for me. Hours later still no phone call. Regardless, they never called me, never left a voicemail and never sent me a text to cancel. They sent me a reminder text to make sure I was home but they didn't have the courtesy to send me a text or even a phone call to cancel. I have reported them to our home warranty company. I am the customer here and this was simply wrong. That is the honest truth.

The American Plumbing Team showed up on time, wore masks, and were able to repair my water heater right away. What more could a girl ask for? Terrific service.

In seeing all the other reviews I now believe that this company runs a scam. I submitted my request for my shower having issues with the hot water coming out through my home warranty and they sent this company. The man came out, looked at the faucet, took a picture or 2 and said I gotta find you the part and I'll get back with after I did. He didn't touch or investigate anything so that should have been my first clue he was full of it. Later on this even I get an email from my home warranty and when I call, he told them that it's broken because we broke, it's not normal wear and tear and submitted a bill for over $700 if we want them to fix it. I was livid, nothing absolutely nothing was broken, there is no way we could have did something to prevent the hot water from coming out, and besides that he did nothing to even see what the problem was. I see from other reviews it's a trend of saying one thing to your facing and something totally different when they leave. I have advised that they're contract be terminated with my home warranty company, they are without a doubt running a scam. Please do not do business with them, read the other reviews, they have a pattern. Deserve a negative amount of stars and they business needs to be under investigation.

This company was sent to my home through my American Home Shield home warranty. They sent some man out who clearly didn't know what he was doing. He flushed a toilet and then said they would need to take my tub apart. He said they would follow up. It's been 3 weeks. I have had to call my home warranty company several times and nothing has been resolved. This company doesn't know what they are doing and they are extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE!

BEWARE! Do Not waste your time with these jokers. They came out in 2 days after the initial call. He took a picture and said he'd get back with us. OVER a week later with us calling several times, they said they do not work on waterheaters on the 2nd floor! HE did NOT even try to see what was wrong! This went on for 2 frickin weeks while they left us hanging with NO hot water! They Deserve a MINUS 100 stars. BOO HISS - BOO HISS!!!

We have a home warranty, and they contacted American Plumbing Solutions to fix our water heater. Before the repairman- which is one of the owners the lady answering the phone said, showed up, my husband talked to him, explained the problem, told him what type of water heater we had- a Bradford white, and sent him a screenshot of the serial number and brand. He showed up on time, went down to the basement, looked at the water heater then came back up. He said, he needed to get a part, and he was going to check the plumbing supply down the street and said he'd be right back. He asked me for the home warranty co-pay which was 85.00 and I wrote a check. The home warranty called and said the plumber doesn't work on our brand of water heater. What? So he knew before he came what brand it is, and he physically saw what brand it is- and after he receives payment- and lies saying he was going to plumbing store, decides he doesn't work on that brand? So this company is a scammer. When my husband talked to him, he was rude, and when we suggested we would just cancel the check, he said he'd call the police. Of course, the police could do nothing, it's a civil matter. The fact of the matter is, he could not provide the service, he knew he could not provide the service, lied to me ( and my daughter in law witnessed this as she was here) , and demanded payment anyway. He ripped off us and the warranty company- because when a new plumber comes out we won't have to pay the deductible again. Dishonest, and a rip off. UPDATE: They did return my money.

After filing a work order through our home warranty provider I was passed along to multiple plumbing employers that either no showed multiple appointments or would not return my calls. I reached out to our home warranty company one last time and was directed to American Plumbing Solutions. I was weary after reading a few negative customer reviews. My experience with them could not have been better, however. They were responsive, professional, arrived when they said they would, and fixed our issue the same day.

I would happily trust them again with any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to family and friends.

This plumbing company is a scam. It contracts with a home warranty company. It sends out a lazy, rude plumber. He does a perfunctory check of the plumbing hardware. He says he leaving to get the faucet; will be back in an hour. Six hours later the warranty company calls and states the plumber said the eighteen year old faucet, corroded and rusted in the inside was broken not through normal wear and tear but by negligence. American Plumbing Solution then offers to repair the problem for $500. (The home warranty
company charge$40 per month and only $125 for service calls.) This is the home of my 90 year old mother. I have contacted the circuit attorney's office. I advise everyone dealing with company to do the same. This company must be stopped. PS: I brought the facet part to Home Depot and one of its representatives certified the broken faucet was from normal wear and tear.

I had a leak out of my property, and they said they would come out and work on it. They would say a day and each time I would call they would act like they have never heard from me before. I was without water for a week, waiting on them. Then the just stopped taking my calls. These people are horrible, and everybody should listen to the bad reviews that everyone is posting about them. Companies like them should not be in business so other people like me will not have to put up with this crap.

If I could give zero stars I would but I can't. Came out for a home warranty on a leak in our stack. Warranty company said to expect them between 11-1 and the ""technician"" showed up at 10:28 a.m. and it would have been awesome if they actually called me in advance before just showing up. Tech had no tools of his own. Actually left multiple times to go buy tools to use. Cut a giant hole in my nursery room wall and as he was cutting into the wall cut into TWO water pipes. Made a comment before he said he cut the pipes saying ""I should have stayed home."" MADE THE LEAK WORSE!!!! Kept huffing as he was ""working"" as if this was an inconvenience. After he cut into the wall, said he couldn't fix anything today and that the company would call me back Monday to let me know when. Oh AND told me he ""doesn't repair the sheet rock. I'm only a plumber."" And that I would have to call the warranty company to have someone fix the hole.... Here I am 5 hours later after he was here for 2.5 hours and didn't do a dang thing and my toilet is now leaking!!!! Along with the original leak. I have a lot more negative things to say that he did but I'll save it. Not to mention the fact that I'm 8 months pregnant and have to figure out what the hell I'm suppose to do with a giant hole in my baby's nursery.
