The plumber was a little late, but at least the company called us and let us know that they were running behind. Our plumber was Clint, and he was very professional and pleasant. He answered all of my questions without seeming condescending, and he was very kind about taking care of the mass of dead bugs we found under our improperly sealed toilet (which I absolutely appreciate). In all, the job was done in a decent amount of time, and he was very thorough in his execution. Added bonus: the price was very reasonable!

I have used APS before & they WERE fantastic - reliable, responsible & decent prices to boot! But I recently had a leak in my garage, as well as, some minor plumbing issues in my home - I called APS during business hours & got a prompt to leave them a message. I left a message, no one called back. I tried calling a few more times & kept getting a machine. I sent them an email - zero response!!! So finally after 4-5 days of no response, I gave up & went elsewhere - they lost a customer. Very disappointing to say the least!!!

01/20/14 - I called APS because I had a piece of an aluminum pot melted into my garbage disposal. I know, sounds pretty dumb. Well it was. I had left a pot of chicken on the stove and went to the dog park and forgot all about it! By the time I got home, the bottom of the pot was literally red and the whole house was filled with smoke so bad that I couldn't see my hand in front of my face! All I could do is grab the pot and throw it into the sink and turn the water on. Well it literally melted part of the bottom of the pan into the disposal. I was able to jimmy it enough to were it didn't touch the disposal blades and water could through. That was last fall. Today my cucumber peeler knife fell of into the disposal. I couldn't get it out. That was it. Now I had to really deal with the problem. I called and spoke with a nice young man named Daymon at American Plumbing Solutions. Instead of booking an appointment and charging me $95, he patiently walked me through what I had to do. Actually pretty easy to take off, a real bear to get back on. Well after an hour I finally got the piece of melted aluminum and peeler knife out of the disposal and put it all back together. I want to thank Daymon and APS for being honest and helpful. think it is a rarity to have honest folks out there. APS and Daymon are the just that. Great people and company! Gary H. Riverview
