I had an emergency back on 1/9/2020. I let the female who answered the phone know they details of the seriousness of this emergency since the fire department was here. I still, to date, have not received a call back. Luckily I was able to get another plumber out ASAP. Your receptionist was rude and condescending even to the fireman who was trying to help me find someone to fix the issue so my small children and I (in a wheelchair at the time) could return to the house. She was yelling at a dog while on the phone, and said she'd call back within 10 minutes after she talked to her plumber. She said he was still asleep. I never received a call back. It was evident that she/you did not want our business. I was originally happy to learn that you were a resident of the same small community. This lack of concern requiring even a simple callback to say you would not help has lost you not just me, but multiple customers in my neighbors, friends, and local family who all witnessed this from you. In fact, it was my neighbor who reminded me today that you stilll have not returned my call nearly a month later.

No problem with the quality of the work. However, don't let the plumbing crew in your garage though as you will find extension cords and other items missing. I'll try somebody else next time.

Had my water heater replaced today and I can not express how great Gabriel was. He showed up on time with a smile and informed me what he was going to do. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Also Christina who works in the office was great to deal with and quoted me a price and that was the price I ended up paying.
I called a couple other companies for quotes and they wanted a lot more money for the job.
This is the only company that I will use from now on.

Jason the Tecnician missed diagnosed our plumbing issue. He also LIED about the cause of water damage in order to help our HOA get out of their responsibilites (they do alot of business here.) He also bragged while he was here about filing a claim with his homeowner's insurance company, then doing the repairs himself and pocketing the cash. Kept pushing us to do the same. Next Technician who came (Gabe) also missed the problem until my husband had to bring him inside and show it to him. 2.5 weeks later, it is a big mess all because Jason lied to our HOA about a leak that wasn't there, while missing a leak that was.
Sad that Ron has gotten so big that he has to resort to hiring untrained and in this case dishonest people. I have heard this from 3 different people in the past 6 months, but have always stuck up for American Plumbing.
Ron is a great guy, and I am very disappointed in these events and that we will most likely end up in small claims court.

I highly recommend this company!
Jason and Ron, the owner, showed so much professionalism despite of my not so nice attitude. I was really impressed to see the owner cleaning my kitchen floor when they were done with the job. They explained everything to me and answered every question I had. I really like them. There is no one else I'll go to in the future if I ever need a plumbing service. After witnessing their ability to keep it cool and being so professional when dealing with an annoying and not so cool client like me and seeing, above all, the quality of work that they performed, I am definitely their biggest fan.

Have to say best customer service I have received in a long time. Jason was the tech and he was great!!. On time and helped me understand the problem and how to resolve it. Had another company come out Mr. Rooter who tried taking advantage of me. Had I not called and got a second opinion I would of been paying double for the same service

I couldn't ask for a better group of guys! My septic tank failed within the first two months of my home purchase. Not only did they make me a priority they treated me like family. The owner and the techs who he puts in the field are honest and trustworthy! If you need plumbing service and are looking for a company that answers the phone when you call and makes you a priority this is the one to call!

Bought our house about 7 years ago and have used American Plumbing for about 6 or 7 different services...from changing out our hot water heater to changing out toilets to fixing leaking hose spigots. Every time they have done great work, friendly reps, good prices. No complaints from me and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs
