I have only needed a plumber a few times in my life. If all of them were as good as Ron and his men no one would complain. The prices are reasonable, they are on time, efficient, and do a great job. American plumbing did a remodel plumbing job for our master bath which included
installing the shower head, lever, and soldering new rough in valve. After the
shower head was installed it started leaking and they sent out a technician to check it out.
The technician didn't fix it and it kept on leaking. I called Ron and he told me that even though
I paid $650 to have all that plumbing work done, the shower head that I paid them to install was my problem because I didn't purchase it from American Plumbing. So now my shower head is leaking on day 5 and I am waiting for the parts so I can fix it myself. I'll never use this company again. It pays to go the extra mile and take care of your customers because
in return your company gets good reviews and referrals.

My family has used American Plumbing on several occasions over the past few years, and we've always received great service done in a very professional manner. First with a water heater replacement which was a great value and installed perfectly. Next we had an issue with a commode which was dealt with quickly and very neatly. Then this last weekend we had to call them on a Saturday to replace a shower valve. Jason let us know our options - which included getting it completed then and there - but also informed us that waiting until a weekday would save us big $$$ (several hundred in fact). They even applied a partial credit from the weekend house call to the final bill! Benny was the technician who made the call and did the replacement; once again, cleanly, professionally, and with surgeon-like skill. These folks seem to have a tactical SWAT team of plumbers who really know their trade; money well spent! And the coolest trucks, loaded for bear, with all the tools and parts required...

Although I am not the home owner, my friend had to place a service call to American Plumbing. Apparently Home Depot installed an ice maker line somewhat incorrect but functional to the point of rusty ice (YUK). API came and inspected the line and found out that HOME DEPOT installed it rather backward but functional. Home Depot tapped into the galvanized pipe rather than the copper (DUH). API rerouted the line CORRECTLY and now the ice is beautiful and clear. API you hired a fabulous and wonderful plumbing professional who knew what to do and GOTTERDUN !!! KUDOS to BENNY and many thanks !! We are looking forward to our first glass of ice cold whatever thanks to YOU !!!

Have used American Plumbing a few times and have always been impressed. My most recent experience was I was in need of a plumber immediately! I called and they had someone out within a few hours, problem was fixed and it was reasonably priced! I will be referring American Plumbing to my friends and family and will be calling him for my future plumbing needs.

Though their prices are not the cheapest in town, the service they provide is the BEST in the business and worth every penny. The technicians are always pleasant & presentable and thoroughly explain every detail. They not only offer a quick-fix solution to our problems, but a long term more permanent option as well. I've used Ron and his guys for years now, and their pricing is reasonable and their past work and customer service had been great. Unfortunately, over the past year or two, Ron's company has grown at a larger rate than his customer service can handle. His customer service department is now just OK, and the quality of his company's work is now below average (could be a training issue). I had them install a new whole house water softener about 7 months ago. Price was reasonable and job appeared high quality, until I recently went to replace the filter/cartridge. Turns out, Ron's technician/plumber did not remove the shrink wrap and other shipping material from the cartridge before inserting it! He just put the cartridge in the container without unwrapping it first! This company was awesome when it was just Ron, but his employees are not well trained.
