Charged $200 to come out, turn off the water, and say they can't fix it. REAAALLY????@!@!!! Gave us the number of another plumber who is ALSO charging $200 to do a service call to look at the issue who might be able to fix it. Something stinks here and it's not my broken plumbing........ I'll be out $400 for two "service" calls, one that will probably come with a bloated estimate... We'll see but $200 is a bit much to pay for someone to turn off the water...

Amazing service. Called 7:45 am for a clogged drain. Kelley answered the phone promptly, and Jessie came within an hour of our call. This reminds me of old Fredericksburg service and standards. I plan to switch all of my plumbing needs from now on to American Plumbing Service. (How perfect that SERVICE is part of their name because that's who and what they are!)

Each and every time we have had a need for plumbing service, Jesse has done an excellent job. On time, on target what the problem is, and does not up sale or charge unnecessary fees. I continue to recommend him to my family and friends.

You won't go wrong by calling them for help. Total professional who sets the bar high. I will not call anyone else and even if I have to wait a couple of days because he is busy, I do so knowing my needs will be met and the work will get done correctly the first time.

Jesse was simply incredible! Being new residents to the Hill Country, we thought we had major plumbing blockage. Jesse called us after hours and asked about the problem we were experiencing. He diagnosed the issue over the phone and walked us through our own resolution. He checked on us the next morning. We have found our go-to plumbing company!

Well, our "historic" plumbers (we've lived over 32 years in Kerr County) have moved (Colorado!), retired, or gone out of business. Options to present day were "okay" but a really great plumber is hard to find. Kelley, the female partner, spoke to me first. Such a cheerleader for her husband and rightly so! Jessie did plumbing work at my daughter's home first and then at my home. Every excellent adjective applies and Kelley is right to be proud of her family's business. Fair pricing, excellent repair of family male's "good try," and all my annoying plumbing problems are competently repaired by this excellent plumbing service. Highly recommend - and we hope Kelley and Jessie don't move to the mountains or retire anytime soon.

I needed the shut-off valve in our pump house replaced; not something I was comfortable doing myself as this is a vacation home. I decided to get all the pipes in the pump house insulated as well. I called APS and left a message. Jessie called me back within an hour. He was out the next day, on time, and done within two hours. He's courteous and respectful, and above all else, professional and knows what he's doing. His price was quite fair as well. I will definitely be calling him the next time I need plumbing services.

I have used American Plumbing twice now in Fredericksburg. The first time it was in the middle of a bad storm after hours with guest on premises. I called about 7 companies and left messages. I received a call back promptly from Jesse, who had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. His price was very fair as well.
The second time, I had him go into a vaca rental that had just been cleaned and he was careful to not leave any mess and make 2 repairs.
