Our garbage disposal stopped working. I messaged American Plumbing on Yelp and received a response almost immediately. Rudy the plumber came out the next day and replaced the garbage disposal. Free estimate. He said he will check it out and if he can fix it he will charge me $89.00. Well he checked it and it started smoking. Anyhow we needed a new disposal. He charged us $475.00. With $25 off for Military discount. Rudy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not sure if I will utilize American Plumbing again due to the expensive prices. I could have bought a garbage disposal at Home Depot for less then half the price. I didn't know anyone who could put it in for me so I really had no choice. If anyone calls American Plumbing I would recommend Rudy.

I called American plumbing because my water pressure was down to a trickle. They came out within an hour. Identified the problem. Installed what I needed . He was friendly and efficient. I Would use this company again. Very personable, professional.

I've been wanting a hose bib located on the side of the house closest to my many plants for 5 years. I finally decided to look into getting one installed so I looked on the Next Door"" App and American Plumbing Service had the most recommendations, so I called them.

They came out the next day (which was a Friday) to give me a quote that was beyond reasonable and was able to do the job the following Monday.

Rudy was the installer and he did a perfect job.

Now I don't have to wrestle a 100' foot hose going around the corner of the house getting stuck on everything and twisting and tangling. I have my own hose right where it's needed and loved.

Their service rep who came and inspected the work that needed to be done was very thorough and professional, and also courteous in manner. I didn't choose them for the work because they were too pricey but if it was something covered by insurance, I would definitely go with these guys.

Amazing service.

I called for a quote and they showed up in 2 hours. Never have I had a service show up so fast. William was super professional and even put ""boot coverings"" on to keep the house clean.

All other companies either did not answer the phone or they had a 4 day waiting period just for a quote. American Plumbing got the ENTIRE JOB DONE within the same amount of time.

Honest and friendly service. Good pricing. And the house was left pretty darn clean.

I reccommend this FAMILY OWNED business to anyone.

We had a number of urgent repairs! Called the city and were told our pressure regulator was shot! It caused leaks everywhere and water was coming out like a fire hose! I got some quotes and had plumbers come over and give me an estimates. I really liked how thorough William was when he was explained what he needed to do to fix everything well and long term. He did an excellent job on the shower fixtures going into the wall and soldering the pipes properly. He and his partner also fixed our water pressure regulator and replaced the old hose bib. William was keeping us updated with what he was doing during the process. He also has a very respectful demeanor, which to us is also important customer service. Everything looks and works great! We are very satisfied!

William was running late but had his office call to let me know. I appreciated that very much. When he arrived, he and his assistant were wearing masks. Later, he came inside and insisted on wearing booties to keep from tracking in any dirt. Overall impression is very positive.

I'm confident that the installation of the whole house water filtration system will be just as impressive.
