William is the best! Super fast response and reasonably priced service. He explained the best and worst case scenarios ahead of time including the cost for each. Repair was done in no time at all and I count myself lucky to have found such an honest and reliable company. This is my 4th time using American Plumbing (old house) and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

Highly recommend American Plumbing for your sewer inspection and I will use them again. He did a pre-purchase home sewer camera inspection for us on a 1964 home in Sun City/Menifee. They were responsive from quote to completion and their service fee is reasonable with a high value. They are paperless and the inspection inspection video was emailed to me within minutes of the inspection. He answered all of my questions that I had about the sewer line on a follow-up call.

We had a water main break this morning. Called American Plumbing Service who was referred by my neighbor. Spoke to William, he was able to rearrange his schedule and came out to see the work needed. Within an hour or so his crew was on site and started to the repairs immediately. They were able to complete the job in a few hours. Their service was amazing! Their value is even better & I highly recommend them. their communication was impeccable, and he even worked until nightfall to make sure that my water heater worked correctly. He corrected the problem and I didn't have to replace the water heater like everyone else wanted to do.
