Our hot water heater went out and we were looking for fast service to resolve it. American Plumbing Service came out the same day we called and gave a free inspection with lots of different options for how to move forward. Once we picked a new water heater, they were back the next day and took care of everything in about 3 hours. The price was fair and workers were friendly. Great experience.

American plumbing and specifically James has helped us out twice now ! They are great ! Fair pricing and James is friendly and knows what hes doing . We called a couple months ago and he installed a new water heater . He offered Several different price points and Inform us of the differences and the differences of the warranties and then let us make a choice that we felt comfortable within our budget. The next time Just the other day was to fix a pin hole leak i discovered in our main copper water line . Once again he gave us our different options and different price points . Options are always good unfortunately at the time we couldn't do a complete replacement because we had just had the new water heater put in so he cut out the bad part that had the leak and replaced it . They walk you thru the issues, quote you prices and options, and help you every step of the way. They even save you money by telling you brands, warranties, and options if you go pick up the parts yourself.

I had new countertops installed on Wednesday and completed on Thursday. I called other companies who were either rude on the phone or couldn't come to install my faucet and garbage disposal until a week later or even farther out. I called American Plumbing and they were so nice on the phone, and once I explained my situation she made sure I had an appointment within 24 hours. In less than 10 hours Robert showed up with a great attitude and fix my plumbing and made me feel secure about the installation. Great company and great employees, the name says it all. 6 Stars.

I'll keep it short and simple. My Badger 1 1/3hp garage disposal wasn't working. i called American for a brand new garbage disposal and they quoted me over $1400.00!! Wow no thanks. Must be gold plated. i'm giving them 2 stars because they're nice!

Honestly, I was in a bind because my house needed to close Escrow 2 days later.
They were prompt.
They charged $1,006 to replace a flange and a wax ring on a toilet. I feel like the charges were excessive for the amount of work. They knew I was in a bind.

We had a drain clog that I couldn't fix on my own. I called American Plumbing Service on a holiday weekend and they offered to come out the same day! Robert was very nice, great communication, arrived as scheduled, explained all the options and did a good job clearing the clog. He also offered some helpful advice for the future. I will definitely use this company again!
