These people should be ashamed of themselves. They ruined my moms front yard and will not come back to fix it. They dug a trench down thru the middle of it and laid pipe but the trench sunk in and left a deep ditch from the house to the street. They have lied to her and me many times promising to come back and fix the work but they never do. Crooks!!

I had Premier Baths of Florida install a Walk-in-Tub and the installer was from Birmingham Al. The tub worked great for nearly a year then I had a water leak. I looked for a plumber all through the telephone book and read the add for AMERICAN PLUMBING & SEPTIC SER. I thought these people would do me a great job, and boy did they. The installer for Premier screwed PVC pipes into a flow control valve that directs cold and hot water to different places and one of the pipes was screwed in one thread then glued to keep it in. Craig and Colby with American Plumbing came and found the leak and cut the PVC pipes lose and carried it to his truck and started unscrewing pipes from the Flow Valve and where the water was coming from is where he found the pipe screwed in one thread. I kept the old pieces to show anyone who might think this was not true. Craig and Colby installed 4 each of 6"""" pipes back into the valve with sleeves to connect the old pipes with the new ones. The water was turned back on and I did not have a leak. The walk in tub was put back together by putting the side back on the tub which had clips to hold it in. This took about 1 hour and 30 min. to do the job. Now I stood back out of the way just to watch to see what they had found was wrong. Next Craig and Colby went to the truck and wrote up the bill so I could pay them! THE BILL WAS $625.00 for this cold water leak!!! Later Jessica called me to ask how the job went and ask was I satisfied with the work! I told her the boys did a good job but the price of $625.00 was way out of site and I wish they would do something about it (like refund over half) of this bill. Jessica told me she would tell the boss, I have not herd from him and this work was 8-15-16 and today is 9-16-16. SENIORS DO NOT CALL AMERICAN PLUMBING, you will get ripped off! We had very good experience with this company. A professional young man, well kept, replaced a water pressure regulator for a reasonable price. Stopped a dripping faucet for nothing but a thank you. I definitely have and will continue to recommend them.

This is a sorry business that charged me $1500. Worked on a field line without a permit. Didn't turn a sewer pump back on and damaged my property. Ran a pumper truck through my yard and damaged my yard and damaged my property also. Didn't say a word just left. Look up BBB and see all the complaints about this company.

BEWARE. Dishonest. They claimed sewage was under house. Well, they did not think a woman would go look. No Sewage. Shame on them for trying to rip off a woman. I would NEVER use this company. Worst experience ever.

After having some problems, Josh was good enough to refund me the money I paid another plumber to fix my problem. i was very angry and unreasonable, but he still went above and beyond to make me happy.
