Akhil J.Complete rip off. My property manager called American plumbing for a job which was basically replacing gasket of a toilet. I was charged $300 for the job. I took a handyman for another job at my townhome and asked him. He said the parts are under 15$ and he could do it for $70(1 hr labor). So a complete rip off and very dishonest.
