Charles S.We called at 8:00 a.m. to request someone to fix an outside water faucet. They said the plumber would arrive today between 11:00 and 1:00 a.m. Instead he arrived at 9:40 a.m. It took him 15 minutes. He charged us $175. Said his rate is $100 per hour and that is the minimum. Just to answer the call is $75. We selected him because he is closed to our house in Ormond Beach, 2-3 miles from his headquarters. Before calling ask questions about cost. Then decide. The job was done competently.
