Jordan W.Full disclosure - I didn't pay this company, my pool contractor did.
Had a pool built in 2017. Had several small leaks which the contractor resolved right after filling the pool. After 2 years though I noticed the autofill ran constantly and we were losing salt consistently.
I reached out to the contractor who had American Leak come out and find the issue. It was November/December and the water was quite cold. The two guys dove right in to find the problem and after about 15 minutes had it figured out.
They fixed the issue the same day and billed the pool contractor directly.
Quick service, no issues with the repair after they left. No complaints here.
Karra F.Beware ! I called this plumber because i had a slab leak in my house and needed to know what the process is to fix the leak .
When the plumber came to my house they said that my house needed to be repiped and it would cost $11,600 not including the drywall,paint etc .
Needless to say i called for a second opinion and a competitor told me i didn't have a Slab Leak and it was my toilet running constantly causing my water bill to be high . The cost to repair the toilet was $79.00 .
My water bill is now back to normal and im so glad i didn't get scammed.
