Simply put, 5 out of 5! I am very pleased with the service Jessie and his team provided.

Got home on Saturday evening to find the kitchen sink overflowing. As you know, it is hard to find a plumber on a Saturday evening who would be willing to come out on a short notice, in the pouring rain and have the best attitude ever.

Jessie and his team worked diligently for over an hour and a half to clear out a major clog and restore the sink function. They even took the time to tighten loose hoses that were going to become a problem in the future, if left unattended.

Super communicative, professional, on time and absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you, Jessie and Team, for an amazingly painless experience!

I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs.

Everything was going great until I asked how much I owed him. He said ""$285"" after snaking the drain outside for 20 minutes. Not to mention the job itself wasn't verified by Inspecting with a camera which he said is normally done to guarantee the job is completed. Also, no mass of material indicating a clog such as hair or wipes were removed from the drain. He just said ""this work is covered for 30 days"" I thought the price was a bit steep for the service performed. I asked if there was anything we could do about the price to which he replied ""I already gave you $100 off"", which was never mentioned prior to our conversation. I said I'd call the office to discuss the payment and pay with a card. I asked the lady who answered the phone if this is what they normally charge for a service like this. She said ""the plumbers charge their own prices depending on the job"". I then asked if she could do anything about the price, she said she'd call the plumber and ask him. We waited for the office to call us back. Moments later my wife receives a call from the plumber directly. He began accusing her of not wanting to pay when In reality we were trying to understand how this could be a $280-$380 service. He even mentioned how customers continually ask about his expensive rates. I was surprised by his rude behavior and the audacity to call my pregnant wife to speak to her in that manner. This company did nothing to appeal or compensate a customer after displaying such a lack of professionalism. Overall the experience was extremely unpleasant, I felt I was being lied to and scammed then ultimately disrespected by finding no solution. I Definitely won't be using them again nor referring them to anyone.

I decided to purchase an AC Unit for my 2,135 sq ft home. I obtained three quotes. American Plumbing had the lowest rate and the best online reviews. Being a single mom, I was worried about making this decision on my own, let alone ensuring the installation went well. From the moment Andrew, Ozzie and Ruben arrived at my home my worries faded. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. This team works so well together. They installed a brand-new AC unit and Furnace in one day.
They were cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. Andrew went over and beyond by installing a new smart home thermostat for me and taking the time to teach me how to use it. I could not have been more pleased with this company. I would absolutely recommend this company! Thanks again American Plumbing for such an easy transaction.

Forget about it! We had emergency with water shooting out of broken pipe/fixture. Their advertisements claims they respond in 20 minutes, They told me they could come out in 3 days. I asked about the 20 minute response time they advertise ....... ""Oh, that just means we will answer the phone in 20 minutes."" Wait three days to fix a a water leak? Not going to happen. And they advertise call for an emergency? Many better choices.

When I called, Myra, answered the phone. Her tone of voice was so welcoming and cheerful. She listened and understood the urgency my 93 year-old father had to address the leaky sink. I didn't feel like just ""another call"". Thank you Myra!

And then, David and Ozzy showed up. It is so nice to see people who enjoy their profession and have a happy disposition. They both seem to complement each other, exchanging thoughts and solutions, with enthusiasm. It was a pleasure to watch them solve the problem. They were quick, neat, funny, and kind and patient with my father's chit-chat.

My wife had started the process of getting bids for a new AC system on the house. The bids she was getting were pure insanity. We had American Plumbing out to do our tankless water heater, and I knew they did AC. I also had Nick from American out earlier to our house to replace a capacitor on our old failing system, and he was quick and honest about the job. I wanted to hear his take on our job. He ended up recommending equipment that is much stronger, more efficient (DC vs AC), and it is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our smart home. All for about $8k less than the other bids we were getting. I even got a roll-around AC unit for my garage/shop as part of the deal.

Side bonus. My hummingbirds no longer fly away the second the AC fires up.

We had American install a new AC unit and furnace in 2019. Recently the breaker kept tripping. Nick came out and discovered and old breaker. He replaced it for no charge since it was not corrected when the new unit was installed. He was on time and very professional in his work. I would highly recommend him and this company.
