The faucet in my kid's shower was spinning when turning the water on and off and the water wouldn't shut off. I looked on Yelp for a 24hr plumber and came across American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning after calling other ""24hr"" plumbers. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone to come out at 10pm but these guys offered to come at 7am the next day. David called me at 6:30 to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time assessed the situation and went to work. I like to learn and he was more than happy to allow me to watch as he worked. Turns out I needed a new cartridge which should be an easy swap but of course it wasn't. The POS was stuck pretty good but David eventually got it out. His work was clean and he was very courteous and professional. Price was fair for an emergency job. Definitely would use them again. Thanks David!!!

David was the man when it came to locating our leak and coming up with a solution in re routing my water supply to prevent future leaks. He was a professional and was good at what he did. David came out and repaired our corroded shower head and faucet. The estimate was for 4-5 hours but he and his assistant got things done quickly in about 2 1/2 hours. The area was left clean with no debris and both men were professional and very friendly. I would recommend them.

Great customer service! Our heating furnace stop working and Shane came out same day of our calling to make an appt to have it looked at.
The problem was a simple one to fix but in the future we will need to replace it since it is a 30 yrs old!
Shane took the time to show us problem areas with the unit and since our neighbor also had similar problems we new he was being honest and educating us to upcoming signs of needing a new one.
We will purchase a new heating furnace when the time comes with this company in the future! Thank you for a great customer service experience Shane and staff at American plumbing heating & air conditioning.

Experience was OK. Initial leak detection was around $200 which consisted of cutting 2 holes in the wall. That fee was going to be deducted from the repair work if we decided to go with them. Had to call several times (at least 3-4) to get the estimate. When it was finally received, it was very expensive. Ended up using another plumbing service.

American Plumbing Heating and Air goes above and beyond the call of duty. Shane Robley, has been my go to for the commercial retail properties I manage. They can do anything from jetting to backflow repair and replacement, as well as repair and replacement for HVAC. It is hard finding honest vendors that do not take advantage of commercial properties. I also get service on the same day I call. This company takes care if property managers. Thanks Shane and the gang!

Charged $250 for a diagnose fee for a 1.5 years old Rinnai tankless water heater installed by builder for a brand new home. Knowing overpriced but trusted as claimed Rinnai trained. The experience with the plumber David was awful. He first said to the tenant there and me over the phone, the burner has gone bad, damage caused by inhaled dust and debris due to this community has too much pavers and nearby new homes are building, and said will find the cost for replacing a burner as no warranty for dust and debris caused problem, and he said did report to Rinnai, and a case # is there already. If I call, they know what caused the problem. But I disagreed with him, insisted to call Rinnai, asking him to give me the case #, but he told me no case #. Then He said will call me back. Then told me he got the heater back to work. I did called Rinnai right after, was told outside dust and debris are impossible to be inhaled to cause burner not working, specially this is indoor unit installed in the garage. The right thing to do is to flush the pipes once a year, or to install a filter for the heater. I felt I was almost ripped off for the cost of parts and labor to replace something not needed. Common sense: Rinnai is the most sold brand tankless water in America, how could the burner easily to go bad just due to the dust and debris which are something the manufacturer should have considered to prevent from.

SDG&E has locked the gas line!

American found leak and fixed it I but had to wait til next business day (which was late Monday afternoon) for inspector from City of Oceanside to check
And sign off... expensive ordeal due to permit from inspection

American was fast to help me and I really appreciated that
