Do yourself a favor an call American PH&AC. In todays busy market everybody is too busy, can't get to you in a timely manner etc. American made an effort to take care of what I thought was a simple issue and turned out to be more time consuming than expected. They took care of my issue that day w/o an appointment! Shane and Andrew are rock stars!! Thank you guys! Nice tag team! Will call these guys every time.

Andrew was great! He was right on time, super knowledgeable and friendly. I requested quotes from a few places and American plumbing was the only company to actually provide me a quote right off the bat. After some research, I found that the quote I was given was very reasonable (and affordable!). I had a few extra questions about other heating issues that didn't have to do with the issue that was getting repaired and Andrew was able to address and explain all of my options to me. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
