I bought a dishwasher from Costco but they were unable to do the installation. I'm sure glad I found American Plumbing Guild. He knew exactly what to do and what I needed with no hesitation. Our house was built in 1956 and had the original shut-offs. He put in new ones and we replaced the kitchen faucets while he was at it. Great work I highly recommend them. Thomas the owner and the plumber does it right the first time. I highly recommend him.

Really glad we went with Thomas for our recent plumbing issue. He was patient while we dealt with our insurance and worked us into his schedule on short notice. Like a lot of the other reviews mentioned- there's no sales pitch, no up selling, just an honest assessment about what he's working with and a fair price. His truck is clean and he shows up in a uniform. None of that really matters, but it just shows his attention to detail.

Being in real estate l'm especially happy to have found such an honest plumber to refer to all of my clients (along with friends and family). 10/10!

I had a few plumbing issues that were annoying, but that I could live with. Anything was better than calling a plumber (so I thought). When my toilet started leaking with each flush I knew the time had come to get a plumber out to my house right away.

I was talking about my problem at work and a coworker said she had a great plumber and was so happy with him that she had her mom use his services as well. That was all I needed to hear and I gave American Plumbing Guild a call.

Thomas was able to come out the next morning. He showed up on time which is very important to me. He assessed and diagnosed the problem quickly, reviewed my options for fixing the problem (including how much $ each option would cost), and we came up with a plan. I had him fix those other annoying issues I mentioned at the beginning of my review as well.

Thomas REALLY knows his craft and was very honest and straightforward. I highly recommend him and will definitely have him out right when new plumbing issues arise!
