I've been using American Plumbing Guild for about 6 years for residential and commercial work around LA and OC, and he is always fair, quick, responsive, and does a good job. I don't do Yelp reviews until I've gotten consistent, quality service from a company for YEARS, and that is what I've gotten from American Plumbing Guild. I strongly recommend them!

Water heater went out in my apartment and called this company and Jason came out quick to fix the issue and we are very happy with the service Jason provided us. As always, when I need something done right, I go to my handy Yelp app to find the right company for the right job! I am so thankful to have found Thomas. He arrived when he said he would and diagnosed every problem I had in the house....we're talking about 2 leaky toilets, bad dual shower heads that didn't distribute hot water evenly....and a missing sink cap that was out of production. Most plumbers say they need to order the part and you don't see them for another week or two...not Thomas! He left my house and went to a hidden warehouse somewhere and showed up with all the parts needed to repair everything....I mean everything! He arrived at 11am and left at 3pm with everything in working order! He even re-caulked a few places that were loose but I had forgotten to tell him! Talk about A+ Service! I'll be sure to look Thomas up again whenever I need another plumber...and so should you! Thomas is a Yelp jewel in my book!

We were looking for a skilled plumber when our Rinnai Tankless started to leak. And we found the right person! When Thomas showed up, he was right on time and was very kind. His prices are fair and you can tell he put time into his work and got it done right the first time around.

We will definitely use Thomas again because he's the owner and he takes pride and is craftful.

This is what I can say about Thomas and his work: very patient, crafty and make sure it's done correctly the first time. I had a plumber show up one time and broke my knob cuz he said it was old, un-eal and wanted to charge me.

Highly recommended and will def use him again...hopefully not that soon. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't rush a job, so far our heater works great and it's been 3 weeks! ;)

Thomas is one of the best plumbers I have ever found. He is always on time, has the right tools and knowledge how to fix the problem and Tells you how much it is going to cost BEFORE he does the work and there is never any up sells or extra charges.

I came home from work not long ago and discovered that the water heater had died during the day and my morning shower was going to be a chilly one. I called Thomas at 7 PM to ask if I could get on his schedule for the next day. He told me he was just finishing dinner and that he could come over right away. To my surprise he was at my house within a half hour and told me that it was just the igniter to the water heater that had died. He had the part on his truck and the water heater was up and running again. NO extra charge for the emergency visit.

Thomas ALWAYS calls you back within a few minutes of you leaving a message and is always on time for his appointments. I could go on and on with stories how this guy has helped me. He is simply the most honest plumber you could ask for.

Was available when I needed his services, and had a reasonable price on replacing part of a copper pipe that had a hole. He also came out late in the evening to help me with an emergency (leak in a condo). Friendly and professional attitude.
