Really glad we went with Thomas for our recent plumbing issue. He was patient while we dealt with our insurance and worked us into his schedule on short notice. Like a lot of the other reviews mentioned- there's no sales pitch, no up selling, just an honest assessment about what he's working with and a fair price. His truck is clean and he shows up in a uniform. None of that really matters, but it just shows his attention to detail.

Being in real estate l'm especially happy to have found such an honest plumber to refer to all of my clients (along with friends and family). 10/10!

I had a few plumbing issues that were annoying, but that I could live with. Anything was better than calling a plumber (so I thought). When my toilet started leaking with each flush I knew the time had come to get a plumber out to my house right away.

I was talking about my problem at work and a coworker said she had a great plumber and was so happy with him that she had her mom use his services as well. That was all I needed to hear and I gave American Plumbing Guild a call.

Thomas was able to come out the next morning. He showed up on time which is very important to me. He assessed and diagnosed the problem quickly, reviewed my options for fixing the problem (including how much $ each option would cost), and we came up with a plan. I had him fix those other annoying issues I mentioned at the beginning of my review as well.

Thomas REALLY knows his craft and was very honest and straightforward. I highly recommend him and will definitely have him out right when new plumbing issues arise!

Thomas came by way of a neighbor recommendation. I was very pleased with everything about his visit to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He arrived on time, was very professional, explained what the problem was & what he was going to do to fix, the price was reasonable & the situation was resolved in a timely manner. Thomas came and resolved 2 plumbing issues I had, one was a slab leak. He made the repair with no upsale or ""talk"".....he is a very upstanding guy!! Thomas at American Plumbing Guild does excellent work. I've been using American Plumbing Guild for about 6 years for residential and commercial work around LA and OC, and he is always fair, quick, responsive, and does a good job. I don't do Yelp reviews until I've gotten consistent, quality service from a company for YEARS, and that is what I've gotten from American Plumbing Guild. I strongly recommend them!

Water heater went out in my apartment and called this company and Jason came out quick to fix the issue and we are very happy with the service Jason provided us. I recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services. The price was cheaper than other services but the quality is great. Give him a try and you won't be let down.
