Bruce took care of our leak today and he was prompt, very polite, and efficient. It turned out we did not need a new part, and we certainly would not have known that as EID told us, we didn't need a new part. We greatly appreciated his honesty, his skill, the fact that he cleaned up the area well when he was done, and he was very kind to our dog. His price was very fair and his service was 150% satisfactory!

I have never before listed a new business for yelp, but when you find a contractor that is exceptional in today's world he deserves recognition. Bruce is that contractor. Ive brought him back to my home 3 times and he has completed each job to my satisfaction without charging me an arm and a leg. He has a background in management in the public sector and it shows. One thing I like are his detailed receipts describing the work done. Its not often you get that. To top it off, he's a pretty happy guy, a pleasure to do business with. I was glad to find him in the Placerville area.
