HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE, UNRELIABLE, LYING. I spoke to Eric, sent pictures of the work required, clearly communicated in a few emails about the work and also that I shared ""water shutoff"" with neighbor. They gave me a time frame of 2 hours from 10 to 12. I had coordinated with my neighbor for water shut off which is a big deal. When AP didn't show up by 10:45, I called Eric. He said, they are working in another location, after which they will come to my house. He told me that the time frame for them to come is between 10 - 12, whereas the work could continue after 12. He is telling me this now, rather than during my email conversations with him. While he knew very well that I was coordinating water shut off with my neighbor, he did not care to inform me that his plumber might now show up on time. Neither he nor his receptionist told me this during my clear communication with them. How can a professional plumbing company not know that when people coordinate shut off with others, that they need to abide by time? Not once did they apologize for what they did to me. Due to Covid I took time and prepared my house to allow a plumber to enter and do work. I asked him to send the plumber right there and then as that was our agreement. Later he called and canceled the appointment, saying that he does not feel safe sending his plumber to my house since I was very angry. Eric is one of those lazy, unprofessional type of person who will screw you in some way, because he seems to have done this before, uncaring attitude. If you hire them, be prepared as they will stand you off. Totally unreliable, uncaring and unapologetic. I will send a complaint to the State Contractor's Board on his license. He needs to be reported to Better Business Bureau as well and any other organization who overlooks plumbers. He cannot be allowed to do this to people who are keeping his business afloat. If he is operating a business which involves others, he needs to have some business ethics, which this company has none of. They are the worst.

Today I had a appointment to get a quote to have 3 Shampoo bowls installed in my Salon. My appointment window was between 10am-12noon. The manager called me at 9:30am stating that the driver had arrived already and I told him that I was heading there and will arrive BEFORE 10am. I also stated that I had a contractor in my building installing floors and the driver was welcome to go in and take a look upon my arrival. I pulled up at 9:55am and noticed the driver was pulling off. He looked at me and drove off is it because I'm Black?? I called American Plumbing Company and informed them that their driver left and they NEVER resolved the Issue. I proceeded to ask my flooring guy if they left a estimate and he told me that the Plumber stated he can not help me! NO APOLOGY OR RETURNED CALL!! I do not Recommend this Company!!!!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and some type of a clog that caused the dishwasher overflow valve to gush out water. I called American Plumbing since they handle the bigger jobs for my condo complex, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They sent two technicians out the next morning. Vidal and Fernando arrived on time and were polite and efficient. They told me I needed a new faucet, but didn't have one suitable for my needs on their truck. They told me if I wanted to run get one, they would come back after their next appointment and finish my repair. I ran to Ace Hardware and got a faucet, called them the let them know I was back, and they returned in about 90 minutes. They installed the new faucet, cleared the clog, installed a couple of new lines, and tested everything to make sure nothing was leaking. They were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them, and while I hope I won't need to call them again any time soon, I will certainly use them again for any plumbing issues.

Thank God for American Plumbing

I really needed a plumber ""FAST"" and I called American Plumbing. Joe called me back within 20 minutes, I told him what had happened and he asked a few questions and told me he would be right over. Joe was very professional and repaired the problem within about 3 hours, he even took care of another problem I had. Joe knew his job and even cleaned up after he was done. Will call again if I need a plumber fast

Highly recommend! Below is my story.

Did a bathroom remodel that involved removing a tub deck and replacing it with a freestanding tub. About half way through the project the plumber I hired (not American Plumbing) stopped returning my calls and I was left with a half finished bathroom with plumbing lines sticking out of the wall. It was a bad situation to say the least.

I called American Plumbing. They came out within a few days. The estimator was extremely nice but honest that he wasn't sure about how my tub/drain situation was gonna work given how the job had been started. He decided to have his colleague come out and look the next day.

The next day I got a call from Eric who wanted to try and understand the situation. I explained and he sent Josh out that day.

Josh came out assessed the situation gave me a fair estimate, and explained what he'd do to fix things and give me a functional tub and tub spout. He and his colleague Beau came out a week later. The did a fantastic job and explained to me what they were doing and made sure to get my input on tub/spout positioning.

We are VERY happy about how things turned out. Will definitely use their services and highly recommend them to friends and family. Appreciate their willingness to take on a job that was complicated and do it well.

We had an urgent problem with a faucet in our house. Rob, a technician from American Plumbing, repaired the problem within about 3.5 hours of me making a phone call to the company. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, and Rob was especially professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and in a manner that didn't make me feel stupid for asking a question. He educated me about the situation so that should another faucet have the same problem occur, I will be able to prevent excessive water loss and save money on the water bill, until a tech can make the repair. The cost was quite reasonable given the urgency of the matter. Overall, my experience with American Plumbing was calming and very impressive - Kudos to Rob! I would highly recommend American Plumbing!!

I called in reference to a recall on my water heater. While the plumber was on his way I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking. I reconnected with American and was told they could handle both. Jose made quick work of both jobs and was very professional. I just found me a new plumber!
