Rich was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. I messaged via Yelp on a Sunday morning and he replied within 10 minutes. He was able to come out on that following Tuesday and was extremely transparent about the whole process. There was a slab leak and the leak location company they work with was fantastic as well. The fix he did avoided jackhammering up our tile and all that remains is minimal drywall repair. We also got a few other maintenance items taken care of as well. I would highly, highly recommend them for your repairs. Very reasonably priced and the transparency on what needed to be done was so key. I will definitely call them again for any future repairs.

I had a leak with my washing machine and needed the shut off valve fixed so that I could shut off the water to the machine. They were informative over the phone and very helpful. The repair man was great. He fixed the valves in 45 minutes! The repair man even closed the front door every time he left the house to get something out of his truck. This impressed us because we've had numerous repair people in the house over the years and they never shut the door behind them when they have to leave the house. If you have pets you understand why this is impressive. We have numerous other plumbing issues that need to be fixed and we will for sure be calling them again in the future.

I would rate their service 5 stars however when I called on thanksgiving they said the fee would be $99.00 vs the normal $39.00. A tech showed up within 30 minutes. Closer to 15 which was amazing. The tech was great. They cleared the drain. Then the bill. $298.00 !! I only wish they told me the $99. was for the service call only. I would have waited a day.

I found American Plumbing through Yelp and am sure glad I did. Rich (owner) was easy to work with and delivered as promised.

Rich responded to my Yelp inquiry fast. Was able to text him pictures of the water softener which needed to be replaced and explain what I was looking for. Rich proposed a solution which met my needs at a reasonable price and we agreed to move forward.

Kevin, the technician assigned to my job, was on time and very professional. Kevin performed the service efficiently and hassle free. Rich came by towards the end of the installation to ensure everything had gone according to plan. Rich also inspected a few other plumbing concerns I had about other non-water softener items while on site.

Will definitely be giving American Plumbing the first look at any future plumbing needs I have.

Very friendly and great service. Arrived at the appointment exactly on time. Tech followed up with me on clog and described in camera where issue was. Did not try to upsell me on any further service, just to continue with some maintenance cleaner for the future. I would recommend them highly as friendly and honest.

This company does what they claim! First returned my phone call in a timely manner. Next gave me a competitive price after my describing the job (replace two leaking outdoor faucets). Made an appointment for the next weekday available. Let me choose the time for the repair and told me I would get a call when the service tech was on his way. I had an expected window of two hours.

On the day of the work to be done I got a call telling me they were on the way. I was at the early part of the time frame window. Tech was here within 20 minutes and started the job. It was completed within about 1/2 hour. We discussed what the two faucets were recommended for, one line bypasses my water conditioning the other is for hose connections.

I paid with a credit card and was emailed my receipt immediately.

Special note: Technician was very friendly and he wore his MASK the entire time. Important in the present pandemic environment.

I will most likely use this company again as my house ages.
