A HORRIBLE experience. Ernie Serghis, owner and operator seemed very nice, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He was hired to replace 24' of root clogged sewer pipe under my front lawn.
The Township Sewer Supervisor kicked him off the job and off my property for being unsafe and not knowing what he was doing. That was at about 11am. It took a whole crew of very experienced Township employees with massive equipment until midnight to finish the job and leave.

Last June a new RUDD unit including the air handler was installed in our home .When we turned it on in May it started freezing and leaking. Ernie came out and said these new units are temperemental and we need to use a different filter. We purchased a different kind and the problem persisted . It began to leak into the ceiling. Ernie has not been back to fix this . He says he is to busy.
The Unit was under a year old when the problems surfaced.

The service is the PITS!! I had 2 brand new toilets install which I paid him to have install and I didn't have the lid because I thought there was one that came with it and it didn't, so I had to purchase the lid separately and he wanted to charge me another $85.00 the cost to put a whole toilet he wanted to charge me JUST to put the lid on, lol.. what a JOKE.. Which i didn't pay him and had someone else to do it for me, to finish up his work he didn't finish.
He lost another clientele cause I have had more more for him but since he was thinking $$$ first that what happens you lose customers..
