We had a flood at our house at 3:00 am and Mike arrived within 20 minutes. It turned out to be the water pressure regulator. He changed the part and his price was very fair. He went the extra step and brought in a restoration crew. It made a big difference to get that started so quickly. He also followed up to make sure they were doing a good job, which they were. He also checked the regulator he installed a few weeks later at no charge. He went above and beyond to help us through this in the middle of Covid. He always wore a mask and we really appreciate it.

Kyle covered our call from one of his colleagues. Working with my description of what was happening with our shower, he was quickly able to verify what the problem was. The quote he gave us was significantly less than another company who responded to our project.

We immediately hired him to do the work and he completed the project within a couple of hours. If the rest of the staff is as efficient as Kyle, I would definitely use American Plumb Method again.

Today, May 1st, 2020, our garbage disposal sprayed water everywhere in our kitchen. I was in need of an immediate plumbing expertise. Mike Condon, Owner, American Plumb Method, showed up within 45 minutes and this is in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only did he come prepared with personal face mask, he was professional, safe, had all tools and parts necessary to immediately complete the job. He was mindful to spray his feet with Lysol upon entering the home and completed the job swiftly. I highly recommend American Plumb Method and appreciate his diligence to exceed our needs. Phil was a life saver. My water heater went out late in the evening. I'd already gotten a quote from Phil because I knew it was on its last legs, but had put off dealing with it. These guys are real pros. I have a faucet from the year 300 BC and they fixed it really quick. First I spoke to Mike on the phone. He was funny and easygoing. Good communicator. Then Kyle came out and was absolutely professional and knew what he was doing. The work was quick, clean and the conversation was great. Very polite guy. Also, this company was sensitive to the times and asked what level PPE I required for his tech to wear while at my house... he offered full respirator or standard cloth mask. I went with standard cloth. Now, if you'll excuse me... I'm gonna go wash a glass so I can pour a stiff drink into it. Thanks American Plumb Method.

I called on Sunday and spoke to Phil who sent Kyle Bermel the first thing Monday morning as we had a leak and had shut off our water supply. What a nice young man! Our copper pipe was leaking under the house. He crawled under, cut the pipe and soldered a new one with a new spigot for our hose. All in a timely fashion -- even gave us two masks during this Covid19 shut-in. I had Mike come out 6 months ago to clear a bathroom sink. This company was recommended by our NextDoor neighbors and you couldn't ask for better service. Thank you again American Plumb Method for a job well done!
