Phil was amazing. He came after hours for an emergency and fixed the issue fast. He also configured my pipes in a way that would make it much easier to make adjustments in the future. He also alerted me about some other issues he saw and advised me on how to best correct the issue. Toilet and shower were backed up. Water was coming out the toilet. Called American Plumb Method and paid the extra fee for immediate repair service. Andres was dispatched and diagnosed my problem. Had to jump through hoops to shut off the water as all my valves were not working properly. Got the water shut off and was able to snake the line and remove the clog. Fast, reliable, professional. Highly recommended!
