My outdoor drain was blocked, I called them up, somebody was out a team of two guys within one hour and within the one hour they were here they unblocked and fix the problem I'm going to enter into a maintenance agreement with them I'm very pleased the guys that came out there was and Andres and Nick who looks like it looks like Santa Claus.

I called Michael in the morning about a clogged bathroom sink. He booked me an appointment for later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. He showed up on time and the best part is he did not even charge me to unclogg the drain! He said it was a simple fix and would not take anything from me even when I kept insisting. I cannot speak highly enough about American Plumb Method and Mike! My mom had an emergency plumbing request due to a pipe breaking. Mike was able to come out within an hour of me calling. He was efficient with finding the problem and corrected it quickly.
