These guys were awesome, right down the line. When I first submitted on Yelp, they instantly responded by asking pointed questions on the app pertaining to the issue. A quick appointment was then secured and Mike was here within two hours. As it turned out, the damage to my water heater was more extensive than originally thought. Mike clearly and concisely communicated what my options and his recommendations were, and he and Phil were able to switch gears, replace the whole unit (navigating through my packed garage), and modify it to prevent future mishaps, within a couple of hours. There were no surprise additional costs, no miscommunications, and both guys were extremely friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Thank you Mike and American Plumb Method! I highly recommend them! Mike helped me with a water leak in my basement that I couldn't find the source of. Hallelujah, I have seen the light and been converted to a new plumber. Thats right kids, daddys got himself a new man in his life, and he isn't looking back. I was first introduced to Mike sometime back when he was gainfully employed with another company prior to him starting up his company. I thought he was very professional, had a great sense of humor, and he seemed to generally just enjoy talking with and helping the people whom had called him out.

I think it takes a very talented person or team to have the courage and conviction to leave a good paying, steady job to venture into business for yourself. It also speaks to the confidence in one's own ability and dedication to their craft for them to take that risk as well. Knowing that you are good enough to journey out on your own brings a new level of dedication because you also risk everything on your company's reputation.

I own a few homes, which are both older, and I have used Mike's plumbing services several times since I have first met him. Regardless of the complexity of the job, Mike has delivered exceptional service, at a reasonable price, and within a very impressive timeframe. He has been very accommodating of my busy schedule, and has been more than willing to show up outside of normal business hours. Most recently one of my daughters though she would help and ended up flushing ten handy wipes down the toilet. :(

If this guy keeps swooping in to save the day, then I am going to have to buy the man a cape, or maybe just lend him one of mine since I have several and they are kind of expensive.

I will continue to use Mike's expertise and professionalism for the foreseeable future, and I strongly encourage you to do so if you are looking for a team that does impeccable work in a business that doesn't tolerate mistakes or a lack of attention to detail.

When my kitchen sink backed up I requested quotes from several plumbers and Mike from American Plumb Method was the only one who came back with a reasonable quote and potential scope of work. He laid it all out in terms I could understand. He showed up promptly at the scheduled time and fixed my sink in no time. Prompt, friendly, and professional service. Spoke with Mike, set up a next morning appointment and the communication was excellent. Sends a courtesy text when he is on his way to let you know. Arrived early and talked us through everything. No surprises, we knew how much it would cost before we continued. Cleaned up afterwards, is professional and seems to know what he's doing. Absolutely would recommend, and would use again for future issues.
