I was having a very bad experience with the plumbing company my Home Warranty sent out to repair a leaking drainpipe in my upstairs shower/tub. According to that plumber all sorts of reconfigurations were required, even possibly needing a whole new tub/shower $$$$. Being without a shower for over a month, and appehensive about hiring another plumber on my own, i received a referral from a friend to American Pipesmith. I called, had an appt within a day, repairs made (not requiring pipe re-routing or a new tub/shower) along with some additional small work around home needed. I've got an on demand water heater that needed descaling due to the hard water here in Riverside. Used Yelp to find Chad at American PipeSmith. He arrived prior to our agreed upon time and got right to work. He explained the process and each part of the unit to me so I can troubleshoot intelligently in the future. The descaling process takes and hour, and during that time I picked his brain about every plumbing issue in my home that i could think of ( even my lawn sprinklers). From that conversation he determined that my mixing valve in the master bath needed attention and corrected my earlier fix on the valve. Chad is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and has a wealth of professional competence!

Chad is pretty awesome. He came by on a SATURDAY to help me install a faucet in the kitchen. I was actually trying to do the job myself but I had trouble getting a rusted nut off.

I really didn't know how to pick a plumber so I randomly found him on the Internet. His website and Facebook page had some good testimonials so I gave him a call. I was surprised to find out that he was willing to come by on a Saturday - late in the day ever after 6pm.

He easily removed the nut and installed the faucet for me. I will definitely go with him again for any plumbing needs. He's very trustworthy and honest.

He also takes credit card payments! You can't beat that.
