Spoke with Eric the afternoon before the appointment to install a sink pump was made. I explained how I already bought the supplies needed for this job, I already removed the old pump etc. Eric ASSURED ME that they would definitely not charge me the full price because I already did have the work. Stupid me I believed him. I ended up paying $59 for the service call because the install was costing me $371.00 for a simple sink drain install and I did half the work and bought all the supplies needed including the pump! ERIC YOU ARE A F'ing liar and a POS!

American Plumbing installed an outdoor faucet for our Neighborhood Garden. Over a year later it started to leak! The serviceman quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts very quickly. Asked them to come in and do a quote on a sump pump install. They came in and said I needed to clean my downspouts. They also only cleaned 2 out of 3 Now I removed the use of the downspouts and redirected the water so these were not in use. But they said if I cleaned these the issue would go away. After the service they then came back and said I needed a sump pump installed. They also would not issue a credit on the original work request even though they were wrong. Do not trust these people they are only out to make as much money as possible. The tech left his tools and left all my stuff he borrowed laying in the backyard... Pick up after yourself.

Can say enough positive things about this company and its employees.This was our first time using American, and blindly we called for a service call. We were given a time and date very quickly by Carla. Received a text when the service guy was in route. Jesus arrived on time and with a great outlook. He was very professional and friendly! Explained everything he needed to do In clear terms. Enjoyed him very much. Due to the fact our toilet was older than him, he needed to return the next day. He arrived the next day with another great guy, Nick. Together they were able to make the repairs in a great time frame. I wouldn't hesitate to contact American Plumbers for any issues down the line. As a landlord with several properties I have been searching for a reliable plumber. Today will be the third different property American Plumbing will be helping me with over the past 2 months. The first 2 issues were repaired on time and at a reasonable cost. Both of those were after hours service calls and although pricey.. the cost certainly could have been more. I will continue to call American Plumbing as they continue to meet my needs.

We needed a hose outlet for our community garden. The current one, at ground level, was leaking underground. American installed a new one except the box was about 10 inches above the ground dangling on the pipe. I don't know why it was not at ground level and that was never explained
