Do not trust the technicians from this company!!! they don't know what they're doing, they came out to fix a leak, and made it way worse, they just walked away from the job and left, another plumber came out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they don't know what they're doing!!

Brad put in a new boiler for us. The boiler had some issues but Brad made many visits, often staying late, and kept coming back until the boiler was working perfectly. If you're tired of flakey contractors and wondering if they'll ever come back to make things right, look these guys up. Good guys with integrity.

I had a bad experience with an incompetent tech who couldn't diagnose a simple furnace issue. He came up with a long parts list and said the office would send an estimate. I had a feeling the guy didn't know his stuff, so I called another company whose tech diagnosed a simple problem. I could let that go because good help is hard to find. This Yelp is due to the owner Jeremy. When I called to say the ""diagnostic"" fee should be waived he took the worst condescending attitude and nasty tone (basically asked if I was stupid for believing the other company. I said the fact that the furnace had been running perfectly for three days was all the proof I needed of who knew their stuff and who didn't). He insisted that if his guy had come up with ""a diagnosis"" (not the right diagnosis) then I should pay. He said he'd call ""His Girls"" (referring to the office staff. Seriously, what kind of a guy/employer calls the staff his ""girls""?) for proof. The other owner (I think her name was Melanie) had a very professional member of the office staff call back to say the fee was waived. If Melanie would handle all of the customer relations then there wouldn't be reviews like this.

Good guy that I trust.

Had Wayne out to replace a water heater and reinstall a gas line a while back. It was a great experience, a true professional, and I'll use him again if needed. 4-5 months later and no issues.

This company constantly goes out of their way, works weekends, extra long nights and holidays to make sure they take care of their customers.

Poor experience with the company. Had multiple companies come and give quotes and they had the lowest quote so we decided to go with them. The customer service was poor, Wayne has too much on his plate and I don't feel they should have accepted additional work. He even got our job mixed up with another.
Spent $700 for a part, boiler worked for 30 hours and then stopped. When he came back he diagnosed a different issue and offered me no explanation as to what happened. He simply said ""I told you this might happen and it was going to be expensive."" I asked him what happened between when he fixed it and now. He said he didn't know and that he would have his wife order the part as he was walking away. I asked if he had an estimate of what it might cost and he said expensive without turning around. He then kept walking to his truck as I was asking him questions without any acknowledgement at all.
It was at the end of a long day for him and he was tired and frustrated. What he wasn't thinking about was that I had heat for 30 hours out of the last 6 days and he left without telling me how long it might be before it would be fixed, offering any reassurances and no explanation on anything.
I did get a call from his wife afterward and she offered explanations that he didn't and I am grateful for that, but it was too late.
I am incredibly upset about how I was treated by him and we still do not have heat in our house.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
