We had a hot water leak in our living room. Chris, the tech, located the slab leak within an hour or so and marked it. The plumber came out the next day and found it exactly as marked, only needing about a 4" x 12" hole in the concrete to reach the leaking pipe.

Plan on spending $300, although rates do go up if the leak takes extra time to find. Also, the sooner you call the better, as they only have a couple of techs covering a chunk of West Texas. In our case, we called on a Thurday and it was Wednesday before we could get a tech, although they did have a cancellation on Friday that we couldn't take advantage of.
