Robert called me on the phone 4 times and walked me through my issues. He was extremely patient and knew how to explain what was needed so I could solve the problem myself. HIGHLY recommend the company and specifically Robert!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had a water leak between the meter and our house and they claimed they could find it within 5 feet, SO hired them to locate it. They were off by 30 feet, which was a costly mistake which we had to pay for.

Calls have not been returned and appointments have not been honored. We called 6/17 and left a message, requesting urgent assistance as we have an underground pool leak needing rapid attention. No one called back. We called 6/18 and were told our message was never received. The customer service rep., Tina, apologized.

We told her about the status of our pool leak, and were explicit in that we wanted someone not just to come out and test for the leak, but to also repair it, as we are struggling not to lose the over $4,000 we have already invested in the pool. We have made a number of costly improvements that could be lost, if we don't get the leak fixed quickly. She said she would schedule a tech for us for a whole day, so we could get all of these issues remedied. The earliest available day for a full appointment was July 1.

We weren't thrilled to have to wait that long, but we figured as long as we could get everything taken care of in a day, it would be ok. We waited July 1st for the tech. to arrive in the morning, and no one showed up. When we called at 9:30 am to inquire about this, we were told there was no record of our work order, call, or appointment.

We have since called three times today, July 1, and have not had any sort of resolution. Our pool is now covered with algae, and our new equipment and liner is subject to damage. We are very frustrated, to say the least.
