Most importantly, their skilled diver found the costly leak! Our liner had zero issues, however the diver could hear with a stethoscope that a pipe deep within the patio concrete was gushing water. We are so grateful for this company and their work!
Alice H.This company is amazing. About 5 years ago we had a leak in our pool. We had two different pool companies come out to try and find and fix the leak. One of the companies emptied the pool, I mean big water pumps pumping out the water for 3 days straight. They found the supposed leak, fixed it and refilled the pool. And it still leaked. Emptied the pool again.....fixed the leak, filled the pool back up and....still leaking. Several hundred dollars later. So I called American leak detection. It was our last shot. Even though they are located in Spokane they also come to the Tri-Cities. Their guy came and within 20 minutes he was pulling on a wet suit and getting into the pool. Well that was a different approach then the other two companies. When he was getting out of the pool about half and hour later I asked him if he found anything. He said that there was a small crack in one of the drains and that he had already sealed it up. And that was it! End of leak!
A few months later I was talking to an acquaintance who told me that they were thinking of filling in their pool. They had installed their pool about 3 years earlier and it had leaked from the beginning. They were worried because they lived on a hillside and they were warned that the constant water seepage would erode the hillside and their pool and house might be in jeopardy of sliding. They had had multiple pool companies come out and try and fix the problem but it still leaked. I had her call American Leak Detection, and voila, one of their magicians came out, quickly found the leak and repaired it.
When we opened our pool a few weeks ago, once again it was leaking, right away we called American Leak Detection and they came out that week, found the leak(s) and repaired them.
