very happy & impressed with service. Brenden, the guy who did the inspection, was polite, professional & informative answering all my questions. I never heard of this company till yesterday but will keep their number & reccommend them. I had someone at my home 2 weeks ago who spent over an hour & did not locate source of leak. Brenden found it in less then 5 minutes.
Carly G.Louis came out to help find a leak in a lateral drain line under the slab from our kitchen. He worked quickly and diligently to confirm what our plumber suspected was happening. He informed me of everything he was doing as he did it and showed me the problem on his camera. He cleaned up his work site and was super professional and nice! I would gladly use and recommend this company again.
Our pool is leaking and I say IS because it is, still. From my very first call, scheduler Patty was rude and plain ignorant and kept providing her input as to why our pool might be leaking without even having the technician come out. From there, it was a complete nightmare dealing with this location and Patty. She ultimately told us they are 'not leak experts' and could not guarantee finding the leak. What is the point?! She lied as to who was in charge of their location, she was argumentative.
They have several fees, if the water is cold- $200, if the sun is out-$200, if the wind is blowing south instead of north-$200.
The technicians were somewhat friendly and tried? To find the leak; however, the pool is still leaking. $700 later and no answer.
I do not recommend this company mainly due to their HORRIBLE customer service and since they are not 'experts' might as well find someone else.
Kathleen D.We called American Leak Detection (856-464-8707) asking if they could check to see if there were any leaks in our relatively ancient indoor, inground, heated pool before we starting placing our Mom's home up for sale. Fortunately, American Leak was able to accommodate us quickly, even though their ""pool season"" ended several weeks ago. We are very thankful they sent Louis Cortes who discovered and was able to fix a very small leak that must have been missed for a very long time. This helped us in feeling confident his findings for the entire system would be accurate. Louis was very thorough, professional, friendly, and we're so grateful he took the time to tell us what to do and look out for in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Frank O.The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.
However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.
Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.
If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
