This Portland branch is amazing! Rachel was super friendly, explained the leak detection process and was so helpful in scheduling. She even called me when there was a cancellation to see if she could have me seen earlier. Eric, the manager, arrived promptly at my scheduled appointment time. He reviewed my problem, talked me through the process and got right to work. Eric found two of our leaks, explained what was happening and how to fix, gave pointers on who to contact next, etc. Not only that but he gave pointers on irrigation (sprinkler) system maintenance and usage, what to look for should problems arise, etc. I learned so much from our encounter. He was incredibly personable, polite, understanding and great with my family. Hands down would recommend calling them for any future leak/issue! I've already recommended him to my family. You can't go wrong with this team.

Eric called he was gonna be able to come by early. That was great for me. Took no time at all to find the leak. Explained what he was doing. Gave me the information I needed to get the job done correctly and not be scammed by a contractor. Wish I could have them do more for me than find a leak. Hope not to need them again but if so surely will be the first on my list to call. Even saved me a few bucks cause I had an idea were and how the leak started. Great working with them.

The water bureau came to our home and let us know we had a water leak. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it at all so we contacted American Leak Detection. Within one hour John was able to find the leak which was under our driveway!! He marked the spot and provided us with information. I am so thankful to them, their customer service is outstanding, their professional, extremely skilled, they helped us to understand where the leak was and we were able to clearly hear it. These guys were great! We had an issue with our irrigation system not working so I called ALD and they were able to send someone out the same day that I called. Then the tech located the leak within an hour of knocking on my door. He was even able to show me the pipe that was broken. Customer service was great, friendly technician -- very happy.

We had a leak in the main water line, between our meter and the house. We didn't know where the leak was, or the path of the line to the house, but the leak was flooding my neighbors side yard. I was referred by a Pool Professional to American Leak Detection.
Yesterday their Technician (John) came out to find a leak in my pool.
It was a rainy terrible day. John showed up on time and really searched for the leak.
