American Leak Detection service was great. They answer the phone promptly and knowledgeable. Phone rep was very knowledgeable, patient and had good communication skills. She sounded like she actually enjoyed and respected her job, lol. The service technician Steve was very prompt, knowledgeable and had great trouble shooting skills. Very professional service from a knowledgeable, honest technician who also seems to enjoy his job.

Had a leak with our pool in Valrico, FL. American Leak Detection first wanted to make sure there was in fact a leak so had us perform a test at home so we didn't waste money for a problem that was instead evaporation. After we confirmed a leak, they scheduled and sent a technician (with a great system for informing us by text of the time / location of the technician) who fixed the problem, explained to us the issue, and provided a clear report. They provided a 60 day warranty if any subsequent issues arise. Highly recommend.

Worst experience I've had in Tampa. Do not use this company. Thought we had a leak, called them to detect it.. they found nothing after 35mins and still charged us the $350 flat rate (which was not stated in the first place). So we are basically where we were yesterday not knowing why the floor boards are buckling but donated 350$ to a company for shooting an expensive leak gun at my wall. Going to report to better business bureau.

American Leak Detection are fantastic. They worked diligently to find my leak. It was a challenge but after several tries Dylan and Mine finally zeroed in on the leak and got the job done. I could not be happier. Hopefully I don't have another leak but if I do I know who I am calling! I highly recommend them.

I have used American Leak Detection on two occasions. They are an EXCELLENT provider. From appointment scheduling to arrive at your home they are the best. They provide specific times and a text tracking to inform you when their technician will arrive at your home. Their senior technician Michael has been at my residence both service calls and he is nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Very customer focused and keeps the customer informed as to what he is doing to remedy your situation. I have been extremely satisfied with their service.

I was blown away by my follow up visit by Dan today. He said something that you rarely hear with small local businesses in FL. """"We want to make sure your concerns are taken care of."""" After fixing a few leaks 3 months ago I noticed my water level dipping - even though I was passed the warranty period I agreed to have them come back out, even though it may cost me $$$ again. Dan evaluated everything and determined the issue was just normal evaporation and didn't charge me for the visit. He went as far as to set up a """"bucket test"""" so I could see if there really is a leak. I felt horrible for having someone come back out but Dan was more so concerned that the problem was taken care of. I am thrilled with this company from Jenny and Jesse who answer the phones with a smile to Dan who """"wanted to make sure I was happy.""""

We are buying a house in New Port Richey and the standard inspection showed a leak in the plumbing as the meter still slowly turned despite nothing in the house running. Fearing the worst, we called American Leak Detection to see what they could find. Tami came out and found the leak was outside of the house and a simple thing to fix. Outstanding service and a great value. I would use these guys again and happily recommend them.

I would avoid American Leak Detection Company and go with another company (I ended up with RedRhino). For starters, American Leak Detection told me they isolated the leak, charged me a lot of money to fix it, and when I told them the leak was still present in the pool, they said they were unable to locate it. After several contentious emails back and forth, they said they did not want to do business with me anymore. This was again after I was already charged for the problem to be """"fixed"""" and never was. I got RedRhino over and they found several leaks and came back 4 different times to make sure the pool was not leaking. The customer service was 10x better than American Leak so I will never work with this company again.

I was very skeptical of using a chain on something like this! My pool was loosing 2"""" of water a day. Troy was great to work with. He communicated extremely well from while in transit until the final wrap up. They off a 60 day warranty on there repairs. I highly recommend them.

We had a hot water leak under our foundation. No water inside, thankfully! Tami was thorough, patient, and she found the leak!! Plumber then able to do repair! American Leak Detection is very professional. They sent notifications telling us when to expect Tami, information about her and her experience. I felt I knew her based on the information they shared. I felt no reason not to trust and let her in the home. They had even sent me a picture of her! I have nothing but the best to say about Tami and American Leak Detection.
