They arrived within the timeframe that was given to me. They called me and texted to inform me of their arrival. Performed the inspection and leak test well. The price was reasonable compared to other companies in the Naples area. It was one set price versus others who wanted to charge an hourly rate which would have been double the price we paid. Technician explained the process and was professional.

Resolve a leaking pool. My water bill was in $125-175 range per month and we are a family of 2. The value of the cost if plugging the leak is that it pays for itself. The cost range was $300+ range. Yet expect my water bills to drop dramatically and the cost of repair should pay for itself in 3-5 months. Very happy with the professionalism of American Leak Detection. We called in November because of an ongoing issue with water staining. Tech was great but couldn't find the issue because we're in a condo and he couldn't do anything because we had known issues. I asked what would you do? He said I would take the carpet up and call for a mold detection. We did. He admitted we had high moisture readings in the spots of the carpet. Fast forward to march when the condo management finally called someone to look at the problem and lo and behold he told the management company he saw nothing. So I guess it depends m who's paying the check.
